Problem reading/resetting codes
I was able to read and reset codes by using d5t5 last year. Now when connecting I get an error 'CONFIG and FULL subscriptions for this car! Click here to purchase or extend' and the diagnostics option is not available. No answer to my ticket, program is unusable. Tried once more and was able to clear the codes by doing the following: - 1) get a decent network to my mobile phone to share the net to my laptop where the d5t5 program is. 2) put the key in, do not press the brake, press the start button for 5 seconds to start all the electronic modules but not start the engine. 3) connect the Jxx cable to the odbII port and laptop 4) start the d5t5 on the laptop 5) sometimes I needed to cancel the 'read vechile' button so that it changed to 'identifying car' 6) it finally it opened the diagnostics page and showed the error codes - and I was able to clear them. Maybe you could add these hints to the program. I was doing it in our garage that does not have a good network coverage.

Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service: no response to emails, no response to tickets. No cheaper extension for paid subscription even though it was promised.

TFT retrofit, amazing support!
David and Pavel from D5T5 just helped me code a TFT display for my Volvo V60 which has gone wrong using other software previously, leaving me with a non functional fuel gauge David and Pavel really went above and beyond helping me, answering numerous of my questions, looking through the log files for the retrofit, finding the problems and eventually writing new code and making a software update for my car (the entire proces lasted under 2 hours),- Solving my problem by making the fuel gauge work Huge thanks to David and Pavel from D5T5.com
