Specifications not matching the advertised ones. The device barely loaded some apps, and the memory appeared full. Although the RAM is only 1GB, the advertisement and box state it's 16GB, I settled for at least 1TB of storage space. Even this is incorrect, it's barely less than 32GB!! I don't know how long this lying, fraud, deception, and disdain for customers will continue!! I'm honestly shocked at how this went unnoticed by Saudi Customs and the Specifications and Standards Authority! I must file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce and escalate the situation, hoping to save the remaining victims.
