Honest Review
I was influenced by all the positive reviews, but I now want to share my honest experience. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with Datapacket. If you choose this expensive provider mainly for its DDoS protection, you may end up making a big mistake. I experienced firsthand exactly what I mean. There is no always-on mitigation. That would be okay if the mitigation kicked in quickly, but I was literally locked out of my server during an attack for more than 30 minutes. On top of that, when you need help, they basically tell you the same basic things you already know. You don’t really receive proper assistance or an actual solution to your problem, nor do you feel genuinely supported or welcomed when making requests. In the end, they simply tell you to cancel the service. And if you do cancel, you won’t even receive a full refund. So, you end up paying a lot of money for a poor experience without actually getting the support or solution you expected. If you don’t have any DDoS issues, their hosting is good, but it’s still far too expensive. I paid more than €700, and for the same amount of money, you can get roughly double the specifications from competition.

It's a clownish organisation
It's a clownish organisation, took twice as long to provision server, then sent the wrong credentials, then tried to add a drive but took them 7 days because they only have a tech at the DC twice a week and when they got there, they could not do it because of a cable, then tried to upgrade the server, but that failed too because the ram went bad....it was a joke i ended up cancelling, the whole thing took 10 days of wasting time
