Good employer for fresh graduates, but as most Dienstleister they only care about money
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Location, customers/projects, friendliness of everyone (du mentality) Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Tarifvertrag, they care about money and profit more than the employee, no flexibility whatsoever, no proper appreciation Verbesserungsvorschläge: Stop the “salami tactics” and be transparent. Care more about your employees (specifically the hard working ones at your customers) and show them some appreciation … they are not just money making machines for you! (the pasta boxes at the end of the year are nice gesture, but you can keep them if that would help to be treated more fairly) Stop using loopholes to tray to scam the employees out of their earned money, and show flexibility when possible Image: Good reputation and works with big companies as customers. You won’t learn about the hidden frack part, unless you speak to an employee (ANÜ or VWT) Karriere/Weiterbildung: Only had trainings in the first year because I needed them for my work (they were required from the customer not me), and even then, I was supposed to sign a contract saying that I will pay back the costs if I leave the company within one year! They say you have a budget for Weiterbildung, but I never got anything despite asking Vorgesetztenverhalten: Profit oriented. They don’t care about the employee being at a disadvantage Gehalt/Sozialleistungen: DaVinci Engineering has a Tarifvertrag which is a complete joke! I believe they only have it because it allows them to get out paying more in certain cases. When I got my contract I was told the salary has to be divided into two parts because of the Tarifvertrag. That was fine as at the end I got what I asked for, but what they didn’t explain was that this split will mean I will get less salary later! When working overtime you have the option to payout the extra hours, in my case though, I got 60 cent on the euro for those hours and DaVinci „stole“ the rest claiming it is so in the Tarifvertrag and they can’t change it. Not only that. With this „Tarifvertrag“ they were able to use loopholes in the law to avoid paying the ANÜ employees more according to the (equal-pay law). Basically you get what you ask for in the beginning (specifically if you are hired for an ANÜ position), but you could get scr*wed down the road. To be fair: Salary was increased after a year, but the increase was a total joke! when it comes to money: you are always at a disadvantage with DaVinci and won’t get what you really deserve Interessante Aufgaben: DaVinci is an Entwicklungs- and Personaldienstleister. They have interesting projects with OEM customers. It is a matter of „luck“ though, what do you get at the customer as an ANÜ/WVT

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Die Art und Weise, wie jede einzelne Anfrage umgehend beantwortet wird, und die Unterstützung, die geboten wird, ist wirklich großartig. Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Nicht, dass ich wüsste Verbesserungsvorschläge: Nicht, dass ich wüsste Arbeitsatmosphäre: Die Arbeitsatmosphäre ist perfekt und bietet ein ausgewogenes Arbeits- und Lebensumfeld. Außerdem sind die Kollegen sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützen sich gegenseitig. Work-Life-Balance: Work-Life-Balance ist ideal Kollegenzusammenhalt: Die Kollegen arbeiten eng zusammen, um an einer Vielzahl von Projekten zu arbeiten. Vorgesetztenverhalten: Die Vorgesetzten halten regelmäßig Besprechungen ab, um die Aufgaben zu beschreiben und bei Problemen die Dinge zu klären. Kommunikation: Die Kommunikation ist sehr offen und freundlich, und die Älteren helfen den Jüngeren bei allen Problemen, die sie haben. Interessante Aufgaben: Die Aufgaben sind unterschiedlich und es werden immer wieder interessante Aufgaben gestellt.

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Really nice and stimulating environment. They really care about employees. Pretty cool projects and very lean and supportive administration.
