⚠️ BE AWARE OF THIS CASINO — MY EXPERIENCE I have lost many deposits while playing at this casino, and when I was playing, I wanted to verify my account in advance. However, when I tried to complete the verification, I was told that my account did not need verification and that everything was OK. Later, I made a withdrawal of £240. Suddenly, I was asked to provide my ID for verification. I submitted the required documents, and then I was told that I had to wait 3 working days just for them to review my ID. My question is: Why was verification not required when I was depositing and playing, but suddenly becomes necessary when I try to withdraw my money? What makes this even more frustrating is that while the withdrawal is pending, I can apparently cancel it — which creates the temptation to put the money back into the casino and potentially lose it. In my opinion, this is an unfair practice and something players should be aware of. You should be able to withdraw your winnings without unnecessary delays, especially when you already tried to verify your account and were told that verification was not required. Think carefully before playing here. Be aware of the withdrawal and verification process, and don’t assume that withdrawing your money will be as easy as depositing it.

Absolute scum of the earth … DO NOT PLAY!!! lost 1300 on a credit card that they had absolutely no issue whatsoever taking with zero verification. Won 800 and wouldn’t verify my account. Sent the verification email 100 times … didn’t arrive … yet sent every promotional offer. Scam artists prey on addiction hence the reason they work for the USA. Called the credit card company to report and not able to help. Avoid like the plague … absolute scum

Deposited £20, received £20 in bonus money, had to then wager £400 of the £20 bonus money that was giving, played pretty big and managed to clear the £400 wagering requirement to then have over £600 in winnings but they said it was over the max win for the bonus so therefore only £20 was withdrawable credit and the £600 was bonus money, witch that was then cleared away from my bonus money when I went and spoke to someone on live chat and my balance went to £0.00🤦♂️🤦♂️😂😂😂😂 please keep your money and go to legit websites and stay well clear of they frauds!! Also there website doesn’t even tell you about wagering requirements!!

Do Not join this lot. Refused to pay out.. Then kept saying there's a technical issue on withdrawals. Then took another 5days to pay.. Then £420 became £402 no one tells me why and only after I threatened them with legal action
