Broken refurbished alternator out of the box
Bought a refurbished alternator the fan blaze rub I took it apart. Did an AI search and found out it’s complete crap. The unit you have is a budget aftermarket part likely manufactured or distributed by a company like DB Electrical or J&N Electrical Products.The fact that every single fan blade is scraping against the inside of the case is a classic sign of poor aftermarket assembly, bad machining tolerances, or a misaligned case.

Incredible same-day service and great…
Incredible same-day service and great value. The two guys who delivered the washing machine were very polite and friendly and went out of their way to clear an issue with a blocked pipe. Very impressive indeed, and would use again without a doubt, and would also highly recommend to anyone else.

Wrong starter sent for my 2018 Electra…
Wrong starter sent for my 2018 Electra glide. Zero phone conversation available. Only chat (text). No resolved issue. Except blaming Amazon for their wrong information on their ads. Now they say they don’t carry starter. So now I am sitting with payment out. Have to send their starter back and have to search elsewhere

Do not trust this brand as they will not honor their products or their warranty product straight out of the box in operative company will not issue RMA number or replace item. I would suggest going to AutoZone or Napa and buying your parts. Do not buy it from them online. Do not buy any product that they produce Sarah on their online chat make sure she informed me that they do not honor their warranty. pretty sad you can put out a product and not even a day out of the box and was bad when installed probably was bad out of the box and they won’t honor any kind of service on it. That’s America by Chinese.
