Delia shop has the best offering
Delia shop has the best offering I have seen in Europe that adds new items often and the prices are very competitive as well so this is my go-to shop as in my country there aren't that many options.

You can't go wrong with Delia's shop!
I regularly buy Scotch online at very different retailers, and let me tell you, Delia is the most patient and ready to help person I have found in a long time. Excellent prices and superb catalogue. Perhaps, and just as a casual suggestion, free shipping with high value purchases would be very welcome, but it's just a very minor thing compared to the many advantages of shopping with her. Thanks Delia!

"That case is closed for us and we will…
"That case is closed for us and we will never ship anything to you again" ... really? Ordered a $400 bottle on Aug 5, 2025, shipped to the USA. It was sent with an incomplete address (confirmed by DHL — “address error, returned to sender”). After that, the seller ignored three follow-up emails and only replied months later, on Oct 15, after I flagged it with my bank, with a rude message refusing any solution. They never resent the order or issued a refund, and my bank’s complaint case shows they’re still waiting for the seller’s response. Their email shows their unprofessional attitude and lack of accountability. As a collector, I’ve bought from many shops — this has been the worst experience. ⚠️ Avoid Delia’s Whiskyshop — unresponsive, rude, and unreliable.
