Dear Dental Prime Stratford Team, I am writing to raise a serious concern about the information I was given regarding the cost of my dental implant treatment. When I called to make my appointment, I was clearly told that the diagnostic assessment would cost £100 and that the implant would cost £1,199. I was also told that if I proceeded with the implant, the £100 diagnostic fee would be deducted, meaning the total would be £1,199. However, when I attended the appointment and had the diagnostic assessment, I was given completely different information. I was then told that there would be separate charges for the surgery, different stages of the treatment, and the dentist performing the implant. The total cost quoted to me was around £2,300. I explained to the doctor that this was not what I had been told when I made the appointment. I was then told that the £100 would be deducted and that I would be charged £1,199, but the information I received initially and the information given to me at the clinic were clearly inconsistent. This has left me very disappointed and concerned about the way pricing information is communicated to patients. If the receptionist who took my call gave me incorrect information, then the staff answering calls need to be properly trained and given accurate pricing information. Alternatively, if the information was correct but the pricing changed after the diagnostic assessment, this should have been explained clearly before I was charged for the assessment. I have contacted you previously by email about this matter, but I did not receive a satisfactory response, which is why I am raising the issue again. I would strongly recommend that patients get all pricing and treatment information confirmed in writing by email before attending or paying for a diagnostic appointment. The experience I have had has made me lose confidence in your service. Please provide me with a clear explanation of why I was given one price over the phone and a substantially different price at the clinic, and confirm what your position is regarding the £100 diagnostic fee. took off my review for sure influenced by someone very worried that people say Dentaprime is rubbish! Waste of education, nasty bunch of greedy people ready to do anything to ensure they can milk you for the rest of your life! Please, dear people with teet issues - stay away from Dentaprime. In three weeks tine only, I'll have to "celebrate" whole one year after Dentaprime's barbarian touch in my mouth. And most interesting - no other dentist/implantologist in UK dares to try to mend a patient botched by them! I've passed three operations abroad, an implant was taken off my NOSE, unseen immages.....SHAME ! DENTAPRIME is going to Court taken by me and will pay for all their nastiness, never ending mallicious calls, lies, fake documets etc. etc. Then I will celebrate for sure! And not for the money, but would love those unscrupulous creatures taken off business! Dentaprime is a real danger for the UK society, don't you see it, Trust or NONTRUST PILOT??? PS waiting to see all fake reviews with abundance of names of "professionals", TAKEN DOWN TOO!

have just completed extensive treatment for bone loss and full-mouth implants at the London clinic, and I cannot thank the entire team enough. Absolutely everyone involved in my procedure was so incredibly nice, supportive, and professional throughout the whole process.A special thank you goes to Dr Victor. He fitted my temporary bottom implants and my upper temporary denture. When the initial denture did not fit perfectly, he immediately reassured me, told me the lab would make a brand-new one, and had me come back today to get it fitted. What a splendid job he did! The new fit is perfect, and the attention to detail was outstanding.I am so grateful to everyone involved in my care at the London clinic and highly recommend their team for anyone needing complex dental work. £17,000 for my top & bottoms implant's…
£17,000 for my top & bottoms implant's & now additionally cost on top of that due to dentaprimes’s very poor workman ship especially when it’s all ment to be ct scanned, I’ve got to go back next week & im not levering that place till im 110% happy, im furious at the moment the way dentaprime has treated on my adventure whic is a very hard mental journey with out dentaprime costing me more money & making me feel more of a doubt who can’t talk due to no top teeth
