My full mouth restoration experience
My Full Mouth Restoration Experience I had a full mouth restoration with dental implants, and I can honestly say it has been a life-changing experience. I was very nervous before starting the treatment, as having such extensive dental work was a big decision for me. However, from the very beginning, the whole team made me feel comfortable, reassured and confident that I was in good hands. The implants and the technology used throughout my treatment were excellent. The clinic uses the latest dental technology and modern equipment, and I was really impressed with how carefully everything was planned and carried out. The implants feel secure and natural, and the attention to detail throughout the process was amazing. I was kept informed about each stage of my treatment, which really helped reduce my anxiety. The staff deserve a special mention. They were friendly, professional, patient and genuinely caring. I never felt rushed, and they always took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable. The final result has given me a completely new lease of life. I can smile without feeling self-conscious, eat normally again and enjoy everyday things that I had taken for granted. My confidence has improved so much, and I genuinely feel like a different person. I’m extremely happy with my implants and the overall result of my full mouth restoration. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who is considering dental implants or major dental treatment. From the technology and quality of the treatment to the care from the staff, my experience has been amazing from start to finish. 🤍

DENTAVİTA IS AN ABSOLUTE MONEY TRAP - AVOID AT ALL COSTS Honestly, stay as far away from Dentavita as you can. It's a complete money trap. I flew all the way over from Canada to get some work done, and the whole experience was just awful. They seriously don't care about your health at all, they just want your cash. Every little thing they pushed on me was way overpriced. I actually got a quote from a different clinic afterwards and found out Dentavita charged me almost double what it should have been. And the actual dental work? A total disaster. My zirconia crowns literally started popping off one by one. They didn't even cement one of them on right, so food just kept getting stuck under there, and it ended up rotting my real tooth underneath. Just an absolute nightmare. On top of the pain, they look terrible too. My teeth are super uneven and lopsided. They hyped up this "Hollywood smile" but it looks completely unnatural and nothing like what they promised. When I reached out to them panicking because my teeth were falling out, they basically just brushed me off and told me to go see a dentist back home. So guess who had to pay for all of that out of pocket? Any money I thought I was saving by travelling got completely wiped out by what I'm paying my local dentist just to fix their mess. They're incredibly friendly when you first walk in and they're trying to upsell you on everything. But the second you pay, they completely ghost you. I honestly feel like they see a Canadian coming, jack up the prices, and then leave us hanging with botched work and zero aftercare. Seriously, save your money, your teeth, and your sanity. Do not go to this clinic.

DO NOT USE DENTAVITA – My experience as a UK patient
I researched Dentavita extensively and deliberately chose what was presented as a premium, high-tech clinic. At my UK consultation I specifically asked Dr Berk whether he personally would treat me. He said yes. He did not treat me. Once I arrived in Turkey, multiple additional and unauthorised charges and “upgrades” were added when I was already there and financially committed. These included, amongst other charges, £500 for an implant “upgrade” and £800 for alleged specialist gum treatment. The £800 gum treatment did not happen. After several days of repeatedly challenging the charge, Dentavita eventually refunded the £800 but refused to refund the other additional charges I disputed. US patients should also be particularly careful about pricing. During my time at Dentavita, I personally saw a price of approximately $20,000 being quoted to a US patient for treatment comparable to treatment being offered to UK patients for around £6,000. The difference was extraordinary. International patients should carefully check exactly what they are being charged and why before committing to treatment. I also experienced significant pressure around cash payments and personally witnessed patients being taken to banks/cash machines. Despite making substantial payments for my treatment, I was not provided with a proper tax invoice for those payments. I specifically chose Dentavita partly because of the advanced digital-guided implant technology presented to me. It was not used for my implant. I was also told I would receive a digital visualisation of my finished smile. I did not receive one. The most serious problem came at the end of my first trip. Despite being in Turkey for a week, my final fitting was left until 8pm the night before my flight home. The laminates produced for me did not fit correctly. At that stage Dr Beyza personally asked external laminate specialist Dr Eren Mamatoğlu to assess my case. His specialist assessment identified the fitting problems and it became clear that my treatment could not be completed as planned. I was told I would have to stay another week or return to Turkey. I had already paid in full for my treatment, yet I ultimately had to make another international trip simply to get that treatment completed. Before I left, Dentavita agreed to cover my return flights, accommodation and transfers, and a return date was agreed. They then ignored my attempts to contact them for approximately two weeks. With less than 48 hours before the agreed return, I had to arrange and pay for everything myself. The specific return costs I am claiming are £1,896.21. This does not even cover the full financial impact, additional expenses or losses caused by having to make another international trip. I returned specifically for treatment by Dr Eren Mamatoğlu, as agreed. Yet when I arrived at the airport I was told he would not be treating me. After approximately 24 hours of further dispute, Dr Berk personally assured me that he would oversee my treatment, arrange Dr Eren and personally deal with my reimbursement. I never saw Dr Berk again. I sent him my reimbursement details and receipts. He subsequently ignored my emails and refused my requests for a telephone conversation, despite communicating with clinic staff about my reimbursement. Throughout both visits, I found Dentavita’s management rude, unprofessional and dismissive. My experience was that legitimate concerns were treated with complete indifference rather than empathy or appropriate patient care. I repeatedly had to push, argue and chase simply to have serious issues addressed. For a clinic dealing with international patients who have travelled thousands of miles and entrusted them with significant amounts of money and irreversible dental treatment, I found this attitude towards patients appalling. I want to separately recognise Dr Eren Mamatoğlu, an external laminate specialist who is not employed by Dentavita. He was exceptional. His attention to detail, expertise and commitment to getting my laminates right ultimately gave me the beautiful teeth I had originally wanted and paid for. He also showed genuine kindness, compassion and patient care throughout an incredibly stressful experience. I am equally grateful to Dr Beyza for recognising that specialist input was needed and personally bringing Dr Eren into my case. What should have been an exciting experience getting the smile I had wanted for years became distressing, painful, financially damaging and enormously stressful. My advice based upon my experience is simple: DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC.

Negligence and lack of transparency
I traveled from canada to go to this clinic. I needed a fixed denture for the top and bottom part of my mouth, which involved 6 implants on both sides. After visiting, I was happy with the look of the work, but it was only upon visiting my dentist back in canada that i discovered the mistakes they had made. To begin, instead of installing the denture securely, with the last tooth in my mouth being on the last post, they did it in a way so that my last tooth was hanging off on the end. This caused a section of my denture to detach after a year of use, leaving the posts exposed, and requiring me to pay for fixes. Secondly, i discovered that the procedure they used, having the prosthetic teeth held on with dental cement, was an archaic procedure they only used in Canada 20 plus years ago. My teeth were supposed to be screwed on so that upon returning home I could have regular check ups and cleaning with my dentist. They left me in a state where it is nearly impossible to have my gums cleaned and properly taken care of, leading to swelling and possible rejection of the implants, due to prolonged bone loss. The worst part is that when I went, they were not transparent about the risks and left me thinking that what i was paying for would last long term. The truth is they are either ignorant of modern dental procedures or simply dont care. When after care finally responded to me 3 weeks latter, they informed me that they would now properly upgrade my teeth with the proper procedure for yet another few thousand dollars. I paid to have my mouth taken care of the first time, not waste time and money travelling back and forth from turkiye. Sadly, i do not trust this clinic and would not go back.
