Pésima experiencia. No recomiendo comprar aquí bajo ningún concepto. Realicé un pedido en julio y a día de hoy, 30 de agosto, sigo sin recibirlo. Y no es la primera vez que tengo problemas con esta empresa. En mi pedido anterior se equivocaron y faltaba un producto. Me aseguraron que me enviarían lo que faltaba, pero ha pasado el tiempo y, prácticamente entrando en septiembre, sigo sin recibirlo. Lo peor de todo es la gestión del supuesto envío. Me han proporcionado números de seguimiento que aparecen simplemente como pre-registrados, pero el paquete no avanza porque aparentemente ni siquiera ha sido entregado realmente al transportista. He contactado con ellos en numerosas ocasiones y las conversaciones no han servido absolutamente para nada. Siempre recibo respuestas y explicaciones, pero el resultado es el mismo: sigo sin tener los productos que he pagado y tampoco una solución real. Además, me parece especialmente injusto que, según me indican, por política interna no realizan devoluciones del dinero. Es decir, puedo estar esperando durante meses por un producto que ya he pagado, sin recibirlo, y cuando finalmente necesito comprarlo en otro sitio porque no puedo seguir esperando, tampoco me ofrecen la posibilidad de recuperar mi dinero. ¿De qué sirve tener un número de seguimiento si el paquete permanece pre-registrado y no avanza? ¿Y qué solución ofrecen al cliente que lleva meses esperando y ya no necesita el producto porque ha tenido que comprarlo en otro lugar? Después de meses esperando, con pedidos incompletos, nuevos pedidos que tampoco llegan, números de seguimiento que no avanzan y ninguna solución efectiva, mi confianza en esta empresa es absolutamente nula. Considero que la forma en la que están gestionando los pedidos y el dinero de los clientes es totalmente inaceptable. Mucho cuidado antes de comprar. Yo, desde luego, no volveré a hacerlo.

Scam & Fake Products
Do not order from this company. In my experience, this is a complete scam. I paid, received no proper shipment information, and they simply stopped answering my messages. I also have serious concerns about the authenticity and potency of their products. I compared one of their products with the same active ingredient from a pharmacy, and the difference was huge. Their product did not match the expected effect at all — no noticeable effect and no result for me. Based on my experience, I strongly suspect the product was not what it claimed to be. No customer service, no proper tracking, money taken and then silence. Stay away.

Anche a me mi hanno truffato n 365407 spedito a 22 euro corriere bartolini il piu lento e fallimentare corriere la merce mai arrivata per colpa si del corriere ma non colpa mia quindi mi sono ritrovato che per avere la merce dovevo ripagare 22 euro non hanno pensato di dire al corriere mio disagio ricevuto quindi gli ho regalato il prodotto comprato per me sono dei PE ZZE NTI ma piu da loro poi il bello che dopo 20 email scritti e la merce mai vista vogliono anche avere ragione ma andate a ca ga re I got scammed too (order no. 365407). I paid €22 for shipping via Bartolini—the slowest, most incompetent courier around. The goods never arrived; while it was the courier's fault, not mine, I ended up in a situation where I had to pay the €22 fee again just to get the items. They didn't bother explaining the issue to the courier, so I essentially just gave them the product I bought for free. They are absolute scumbags. And the best part? After 20 emails and never seeing the goods, they still insist they're right. Go to hell. Edit

Good company, bad luck...
Despite I set the experience with just 4 starts, deuspower as a comercial company is 5 stars trustable. I made 5 different orders and had shipping problems with 4 of them. And I say a 5 start trustable company because I got my money back everytime i didnt get my parcels from shipping company. Its a slow process but you can trust them in every transaction.
