Better think twice before signing here
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Image is still good and attracts candidates. As far as I understand, engineering and other teams might have good team spirit and working successful. Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Image is still good and attracts candidates. Inside lots of mistrust. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Communication and trust is the key for everything: listen, talk and understand your folk. There are plenty of ideas, get in touch and do not treat them as sheep. Train managers or or find ones who are willing and able to practice teamwork. Arbeitsatmosphäre: more than old fashioned: do not ask and keep quiet Image: Image is still good and attracts candidates. Work-Life-Balance: ok Kollegenzusammenhalt: my experience within the team: you cannot trust anybody, unable/not willing to share information, toxic atmosphere. Some colleagues share information, just not easy to find them. Umgang mit älteren Kollegen: neither good or bad experience Vorgesetztenverhalten: they never talked to me Arbeitsbedingungen: at the older buildings environment is quite poor; new building open office which can get a plus or minus, depending particular situation Kommunikation: communication top down very poor, everybody is claiming the management, but at the same time many employees act same way: not talking to each other Gleichberechtigung: multicultural employees, action ongoing from management for meeting each other ; some colleagues exhibit ongoing prejudice and inappropriate behavior against women and foreigners. Interessante Aufgaben: depends always on the manager

Leider krankt es vorwiegend in der Management Ebene das ist sehr schade da das Unternehmen viel potenzial hat …..
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Das Produkt und die die es leben Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Ein Management was keine Faszination für ihr Produkt vermitteln kann oder will. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Einstellungsstopp, Prozesse nachziehen Mitarbeiter einarbeiten, Strukturen schaffen Image: Kunden werden vernachlässigt Karriere/Weiterbildung: Besteht nur beim Management Gehalt/Sozialleistungen: Kein Weihnachtsgeld Urlaubsgeld

A chaos with managers not seing the goal, not knowing how to lead and cherish their personnel.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Not much really. Left due to lack of influence and realistic possibilities to overcoming workload. Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Organisation: it is lacking in almost every sense. Fairness: not given. Unrealistic goals, hardly respect for work done. What you invest in your people is the maximum you can get out. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Get realistic abput your goals and capabilities and give your staff a chance. Arbeitsatmosphäre: Work being delegated without considering the need for training and organisation. Image: Do not know. Work-Life-Balance: Overtime is expected, no gratitude when delivered. Karriere/Weiterbildung: Do to time pressure not available. Gehalt/Sozialleistungen: To low in comparison of requested work to time available. Efficiency low. Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein: Not clear but a few standard tentatives of saving energy in buildings and recycling waste. Kollegenzusammenhalt: When fire burns, the will to put it out is present, though the knowledge how to do it is weak. Umgang mit älteren Kollegen: Older colleagues not respected by younger colleagues, as knowledge and experience not acknowledged => management seems to want the knowledge but not the people possessing it. Vorgesetztenverhalten: Blaming instead of solving. Panic instead of working step by step. Arbeitsbedingungen: Acknowledgement of work not given in relation to needs for a proper organisation and well timed tasks Kommunikation: No clear delegation of tasks and methods. Mssing feedback and implementation of information between leading managers. Knowledge of product poor. Gleichberechtigung: Age and gender is not treated appropriately. Interessante Aufgaben: Could be a lot more interesting if the delegation of work and a realistic time perspective would be applied.

Spannende Projekte und Aufgaben, aber Verbesserungsbedarf bei Management, Organisation und Unternehmenskommunikation
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Interessante Aufgabenstellungen, guter Zusammenhalt unter den Kollegen. Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Es gibt einen deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf bei Management, Organisation und Unternehmenskommunikation. Work-Life-Balance: Die bisherige Praxis zum Home Office/mobilen Arbeiten wurde quasi ohne Vorwarnung von der Unternehmensführung per Rundmail gekippt.

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Aviation Industry, exciting tasks. Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Generally, DAG is ok. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Restart the Home office model, and offer flexibility to the employees. Arbeitsatmosphäre: It depends. But still, there is a huge fluctuation. Image: Due to Dornier. DAG is new, but all know about Dornier. Work-Life-Balance: Home office has been canceled!! Even having Friday's home office needs to be allowed by the supervisor. It will be a big issue for the employees who have families with children and live far away from the company(gasoline is very expensive, and the public transport connection is not available from here to some cities). Home office was an attractive offer for those interested in working at Deutsche Aircraft. But now this is gone! Karriere/Weiterbildung: It depends. Gehalt/Sozialleistungen: Far lower than IG-Metal, not automatically increasing in certain years. Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein: Sustainability is the primary goal. Kollegenzusammenhalt: It is okay in my dept. Umgang mit älteren Kollegen: In my dept. is ok. Vorgesetztenverhalten: It depends. It is very different individually. Arbeitsbedingungen: The old building is ok, but not in the new open office building. Kommunikation: Barely communication between different dept. Interessante Aufgaben: It develops very slowly. Plans have been delayed again and again. So everything is behind far away from the initial schedule.
