No communication from dhl
No communication from dhl. My parcels were left on my doorstep- no knock,no ringing the doorbell,no email/message to inform me that my order had arrived. Anyone could have taken them! I only found out that they had been delivered by checking the tracking number on amazon. Dhl claimed that they delivered at 12.20pm - my partner went out later than that and they weren't there then. This isn't the first time that dhl drivers have left parcels on the doorstep. Some care and consideration needs to be shown by your employees, I understand that they are on tight schedules but other companies manage to ensure that customers receive their orders so why can't dhl staff do the same!

Item stuck in UK customs. No replies from support.
Ordered an item from the USA to UK. It arrived in customs over 2 weeks ago (May 4th). Presumably it is being held as a customs charge is due, but I have received no notice of any charges so have no way to pay it. When I requested information from the DHL ecommerce site I received an automated email stating I would get a reply within 1 working day. That was 4 working days ago!!! Have filed a second request, hopefully in time to stop it being returned to the USA.

My parcel was left on my doorstep in heavy rain. I needed to be out today. I expected it to be redelivered tomorrow. Thankfully the rain had not soaked through the box and book was not damaged. I won't be using services again

Service so bad it's almost an art form
I have been in all morning waiting for a delivery. I received a message from DHL stating that it had "attempted to deliver" my parcel. It's obviously tried at the wrong address. My tracking number is now showing as invalid and I can't contact the company. This is only one of several similar incidents I have exeprienced with DHL - they take customer services to depths not plumbed by many. It's getting to the point where I would probably reconsider ordering from any merchant who uses them.

I ordered an item on eBay
I ordered an item on eBay, that just so happened to be from a vendor 40 miles from my home. The item was turned over to DHL Global Mail....the package (about the size of a credit card) has struggled through their "system" for 4 days now without moving. I could have driven to the vendor, picked up the item and been back home in less than 2 hours. I think with a little research, you will find that DHL Global Mail is actually a pretend business being run by a couple of teenagers out of their parents basement.
