Aujourd'hui soit, 2 semaine après ma dernière réponse, on me débite à nouveau!

This has gone far beyond a normal customer-service issue. I repeatedly tried to cancel my DIGEN subscription. The cancellation function does not work: when I click “Unsubscribe,” the website returns an error and the cancellation fails. This is not a one-time technical problem. I previously contacted DIGEN requesting cancellation and deletion of my account. DIGEN then confirmed to me in writing that my account had been deleted. Despite that written confirmation, recurring charges continued in the following months. I contacted them again asking for confirmation that the subscription had actually been cancelled. The charges still continued. I currently have documented evidence of: repeated cancellation requests; a written confirmation from DIGEN that my account had been deleted; recurring charges made after that confirmation; the subscription still appearing in my account; the cancellation button failing with an error; public complaints from other users describing the same cancellation problem; public responses from DIGEN acknowledging problems with cancellation and subscription management. At this point, I do not consider this an ordinary support delay or a minor technical inconvenience. I am preserving all emails, invoices, screenshots, screen recordings, payment records and public statements related to this matter. I am also preparing to dispute the recurring charges with my card issuer, submit complaints to the relevant consumer-protection authorities, and obtain legal advice regarding possible collective or class proceedings if the evidence confirms that other customers were subjected to the same pattern. I am not seeking only the return of the amounts charged after my cancellation requests. I intend to seek reimbursement of those amounts together with any applicable interest, costs, fees, damages and additional compensation available under the relevant law. To DIGEN: this is a final public demand. Immediately terminate every recurring billing authorization associated with my account, permanently disable any future renewal, refund the charges made after my cancellation requests, and provide written confirmation that no further charge will ever be attempted. If DIGEN believes the subscription was legitimately active after confirming that my account had been deleted, I invite them to explain publicly and in writing exactly how that is possible. Customers should not have to repeatedly request cancellation, receive confirmation that their account has been deleted, continue being charged, and then discover that the company’s own cancellation function still does not work. I will update this review only if DIGEN provides a complete resolution, including cancellation confirmation and reimbursement of the disputed charges. Until then, I strongly advise potential customers to keep records of every interaction, every cancellation attempt and every subsequent charge.

Digen AI — subscription cancellation and refund issue I requested the cancellation of my Digen AI subscription before the renewal, but my subscription was not cancelled and I was charged again on August 26, 2026. I contacted Digen support and requested both cancellation and a full refund. The automated chat told me that my request had been forwarded to the support team and that I should receive a response within a few hours. However, I still have not received any response from a human representative. I am asking Digen publicly to: • Cancel my subscription immediately. • Refund the full amount charged on August 26, 2026. • Confirm in writing that no further automatic charges will be made. I have screenshots of my cancellation requests, the charge, and my conversations with support. I hope Digen will resolve this issue promptly. I am posting this review because I have been unable to get an effective response through the official support channels.

Guys, this is a scam. I contacted customer support, and they promised to help me cancel my subscription, but they didn’t. A few days later, I was still charged for the next billing cycle. It seems like they make it unnecessarily difficult for customers to cancel their subscriptions. They also respond to negative reviews, which can make the company look legitimate and trustworthy to potential customers. Just look at the reviews from January 2026 until now. There are many similar complaints. Please be careful before subscribing.

The reviews for this service back a few months ago were near positive and I failed to really dig deeper on how scummy this company is:( Basically when I was using the service it actually did what I wanted it to, I got video generation working well and image gen decently. It did reach a point where videos kept failing and I got busy in my personal life so decided to cancel the account. This is where I found the big issues. - You need to dig sub menu upon sub menu to even get to any information about cancelling. This is where I ended up needing to email them which took a day to get a response. I then got a slow clarification that it was done but you can't log in for 28 days as it will count as a form of "undoing your cancellation" - I have been charged over 2 months, the first I was shocked and just assumed it was some odd overlap between that 28 days and the payment. Today it just hit my second repayment!!! - Contact attempts are useless, their bot did a panic when I mentioned about and said it would get onto it, then out of the blue it replied in german or something germanic instead of english. No email response. I did some digging on reddit and found a link that signs you into Swipe that is Digens payment provider and you can directly cancel from there. It clearly showed I was subscribed still and it will cancel in one months time. So yeah a redditor that was on the digen discord outright provided a solution compared to the "customer service" digen provides. Don't do what I stupidly did and when trying out an a.i service and instead go here, reddit and other places to see if the service is overcharging for what they offer or are basically near criminal like this one. Also Digen your useless A.I response wont do a single thing. If you want to stop the bad reviews .. maybe don't be greedy, stupid and suss?

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
