Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Business model, salary and offices, vision & mission Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Insane meeting schedule, unproductive meetings and lack in great leadership are demotivating people and limit creativity Verbesserungsvorschläge: Alignment in the leadership board and starting to trust each other as well as your employees - integrity needs to be lived not juts claimed, and skipping your own political agenda is mandatory if the company should be rescued. Otherwise all agile and entrepreneurial people will keep on leaving. The toxic environment that is created from top down is floating into the company and its extremely sad to see what it has turned into. You cannot claim being an agile company and young and cool, with a great mission and vision when you do not believe and trust into the business model, people and the system of new work yourself.

Chaotic and Stressful Environment, but steep Learning Curve
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich: You get very quickly responsibility and you can learn a lot, if you can arrange yourself with the environment Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Lack of processes and clear responsibilities mixed with a high workload and high turnover rate create a chaotic and stressful environment Verbesserungsvorschläge: Set some time aside to pause, reflect and fix organisational and technical liabilities, e.g. introduce dedicated processes and responsibilities. Start from the top and it will trickle down, your organization will perform much better eventually

Used to be an amazing company, but turned into a toxic environment over the last years.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich: The team spirit outside management is great, as well as the office space and its location. Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich: Toxic environment. Leadership team is fighting constantly against each other. Issues that were intensively discussed years ago are still on the agenda today. Management doesn't listen to their own employees but rather hires outside advisors who have no understanding whatsoever of the business, but cost a lot of money to provide answers and presentations employees have been pointing out for years. That wasted money on advisors would have been better spent on salary increases or bonuses! Company lost a lot of employees in 2021 due to a poorly set up and even worse executed change management, which wasn't thought through at all. Now they promote within their own ranks, because they can't find good people to replace the great ones who left. Work-Life-Balance is not existing. Looking at the charging environment altogether, this company will most likely not last as it is today. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Start from scratch. Set up working processes, as headcount only will not make the difference. Also- the industry mentioned here is not Automobile, but IT...
