When a company cheats the people they are supposed to be helping
They are a real piece of work. They claimed they were sending me an email to select how I would like my disbursement from the Boy Scout settlement, but they claimed they sent the email, I never received this email. Yet I receive numerous emails every day, I receive them from the lawyer, and the Archer system without fail. I finally received the email on the 7th of August at 8:34pm EST and the link did not work. I call them at the number on the 10th at 8:05am CST of August and they told me that I had failed to respond timely (this was from a Friday to a Monday and there office was closed this entire time) and therefore a paper check would be mailed. I inquired as to how long the paper check would take and they informed me they did not know and that it would be done when they get around to it. I understand this system the longer the money is in there account the longer they get to receive interest on the moneys and with large accounts the interest is accrued daily. and when talking millions that is a boat load of money even at 1% interest.

This company is terrible, can't believe they are allowed to continue doing business. They will not respond and using the pre paid cards is virtually impossible
I was a part of the Facebook class action suit. Awarded a pre paid credit card, Visa....but cannot use it anywhere, they will only deal with physical cards. I have emailed 3 times over the last month requesting assistance getting a physical card sent to me....not one single response. They are a total scam outfit and need to be dealt with

Buenos días!. Mi problema es que cobré una deuda por la quiebra de Blockfi en miprepaidcenter. Después hice la transferencia a Paypal con digitaldisbursement y nadie sabe nada de mi dinero. De esto hace 2 meses y se trata de 4123 $. Me siento estafado. Reclamo a digitaldisbursement y ni siquiera me contestan!

choice.digitaldisbursements.com, tried transferring my money out of my prepaid debit card, guess what, the next button doesnt work. I'm a dev so I had a look at the calls being made and what do you know, they're getting 404 errors behind the scenes. That just smacks of no quality in this company and they've got control of my money! alarmed to say the least
