When using the free product - it's mainly all good. Keep 2FA selected and a strong password. My biggest concern is Discord has now resorted to dishonestly obtaining vast amounts of money from users through subscription loopholes. For example, I've been a 10 year user of Discord - I subscribed to the Nitro premium service for maybe 5 years or more. I purchased online 4 'Server boosts' as my personal server was being used by a lot of users, and it added a lot of value to their experience. Post-Covid and the amount of people using my server has dropped. So when I received an email from Discord advising they were going to deduct the yearly Nitro Premium amount WITH the additional 'Server Boosts' (around $350) I decided I no longer wanted the additional server boosts.... Well guess what, tough luck. Discord took the money anyways. I requested they refund as I did not want the Server boosts, but happy to keep the $150 Nitro subscription. NOPE, refused to refund. I was ready to kick off, but after a few days I felt like it wasn't worth the effort. So I made sure this didn't happen again. I contacted Paypal to make sure any Subs from Discord were discontinued. Made sure all Subs including Nitro were stopped in my Discord app. One year later, guess what happened...yep another notification, another few hundred dollars going to be taken out. I checked EVERYTHING and there was no way they could...but they did. Paypal sent Discord the cash - even though I said not to and even disputed. No luck. Even a reverse charge through my bank, with screen shots and emails, NOPE. Discord very dishonestly attaches a 'Digital Marker' against your Credit/Debit card, even if you use a third party payment service like Paypal. And there is nothing you can do about it. EXCEPT cancel your credit card. You won't get you money back, but it will stop them from ripping hundreds (approx $600 now for me) from your hard earned money. Or use a Pre-paid credit cards for any transaction with them. Shame on you Discord for ripping off your users. I know for a fact this is common for Online subscription services. Easy to sub but impossible to stop.

Jeden z najlepszych komunikatorów (choć nie korzystam z innych więc to jest tylko opinia) Niestety ma on problemy z n.p.: Pedofilią i scamami (choć sam ich nie doświadczyłem) więc musze odjąć dwie gwiazdki.

Very bad service full of marketing.
Very bad service full of marketing. Every simple message is a violation of ever dull and strict terms of services of discord. I recommend you not to enter in it. Overall I hate it.
