If I could give the Disney store…
If I could give the Disney store Australia a 0 star I would, the worst online experience I’ve ever had. Expected to purchase the same order for the third time. No offer to match discount, no explanation. No information, they should be sourcing and sending my missing items themselves…. Instead I’m left with an incredibly unhelpful chatbot?! Expected to make another order…with no offer to match my original purchase discount. What happened to quality customer service. If I was you I would not order from this website, almost feels like it’s not legitimate at this point. I feel completely scammed. It’s supposed to be Disney??? So disappointing, such a waste of time.

Disgusting. One of the worse companies to deal with. They also lie and hide and refuse to refer you to a manager. They are not worth a cent and save yourself the hassle. So unethical.

Vanmiddag een grote bestelling geplaatst op Disneystore. Nu hadden ze vanavond opeens een 20% extra korting actie. Via de chat gesproken met medewerker Tin en hij/zij heeft het snel opgelost. Het verschil is gelijk teruggestort. Nogmaals dankjewel Tin😄😄 ik kijk uit naar de bestelling

Clear script reading with no actual attempts to rectify or help the situation, was left with a feeling of “we’re really sorry but that sounds like a you problem”no acceptance or accountability, absolutely disgusting from such a huge company

I would give this a 0 star if it was an option. I am so frustrated and disappointed with Disney online services. I bought 24 gift cards for a total of $2600 on 06/29 /26. It said to be delivered by 07/03/26. I waited till 07/10/26 and nothing. I checked the tracking and it was not even delivered to the USPS location for processing. I contacted support and they told me they see the tracking and they are declaring it a lost item now. They will expedite and reorder my gift cards and told me to wait 24 hours to receive an email confirmation. i waited over 24 hours, i hear nothing. I called support again, of course going through the verification process once again, they now tell me to wait 1-3 business days. I told them urgency of this matter as our trip is in less 10 days and we need those gift cards for food and drinks for a large party. They won't even give me a refund or an option to go get the physical cards from a local disney store. im just so pissed -. now im out $2600 and no answers to my inquiry
