Update on my review from 2017: The company has had a new management team come in during the past year and they reached out to me of their own accord to rectify the past issues we had experienced. After much due diligence, I am happy to say we were issued a full refund.

Ordered a Power Supply Board
Ordered a Power Supply Board. Received the board but the board was used and a non-working piece. Despite the defective order, customer service was decent and emails always were answered in 24 hours and they offered me a refund for the cost of the board (minus shipping).

He made two purchases on this website, in both cases they were fine, the last one for customs reasons was not delivered and I claimed a refund without problems. After-sales service worked properly. SPAIN

displaysscreen is a scam business. Absolutely scam business. I've ordered two industrial LCD screen at a cost of $240.63 USD and nothing received.The website they are operating looks cool and that is so deceiving in the end. After a number of email and plea they send me a DHL tracking number with no result in tracking info. There is no invoice in my account. I called the phone number provided in their website and nothing there-a hold music. I emailed them with provided email address to inquire the order shipment and finally refund and nothing happened. I was able to get phone number of one in mainland china and called but no reply. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY AND DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM PLEASE. VERY VERY HIGH RISK.
