Incredible customer service, fantastic product
I ordered one of their XL towels in their sale with 2-4 day delivery. I waited a few days and it still hadn't been dispatched. I emailed their customer service, receiving a reply almost immediately apologising for the delay. The warehouse was experiencing delays due to high order volume. Next thing I know they put it through to be express delivered and it came the next day, at the same time refunding the postage I had paid. Absolutely amazing customer service. And my towel came in time for my holiday, and the towel itself is gorgeous and such fantastic quality! Couldn't be happier!

Received my ‘towels’ this morning. I’m not convinced that these should be marketed or sold as towels, they are sheets not towels!!!

Dock and bay do not seem to like giving…
Dock and bay do not seem to like giving you your refund back after receiving the goods in they same order they we're received. Its a shame because there products are nice . They've let themselves down in my eyes. The towel i sent back they received on the 30th of July and still not even an email to say they've got it yet I had it sent via tracking .

We bought these towels MANY years ago…
We bought these towels MANY years ago (2018), when they first were presented on Dragons Den. We are on our holiday in Greece and just mentioning to each other how great these towels are and how long they have lasted us, still in great condition. Also realising we need more. A towel to lay on the sand and one to use to dry off with. Absolutely the best travel and beach towel. Need to place an order for our next beach holiday.

Wow! Amazing 👌 I was dubious about ordering these beach towels. I wondered if they would be just more junk which you normally end up with when buying off the internet. I can honestly say these are not that. I love them, lightweight, soft and most impressively they suck the water off you. O and then dry super quick. Thank you.
