A very disturbing rxperience
A very disturbing rxperience. I am an 80 year ol pensioner and in order to draw £300 from a pension scheme I needed to sign a release form via DocuSign after numerous tries DocuSign would not let me completr unless I paid £8 monthly there ws no other way for me to get my pension money. After I signed and sen the form off. I got a statement from PayPal that DocuSign had withdrawn £241 whicj pay pal paid and eventualy out of my bank account. Instead of £300 pension I got £59 for a month. I tried and tried numrtous way to complain and get my money back I hit a brick wall every time, in the end I broke down and cried my hart out. Do not touch DocuSign otherwise you will be ripped off very badlu

Forced to use this for our contract…
Forced to use this for our contract with both our mortgage documents and our builders. Please stop using this if you are a business, and send things via email or post . Having a terrible time trying to find and view our signed documents if I wasn’t a software development engineer I wouldn’t have been able to navigate this trash website

As long-term DocuSign customers, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. We accidentally upgraded our long-term Personal plan to Standard for a single document and contacted DocuSign support the following day requesting the account be reverted back (in February 2026). Despite weeks of emails, support cases, follow-ups and written requests, the account still has not been changed back and we continue to be direct debited at the higher rate. The most frustrating part has been the lack of action and communication despite multiple genuine attempts to resolve this professionally. After researching further, it’s alarming to see many other customers reporting very similar billing and downgrade issues. We have now escalated the matter to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and provided supporting documentation regarding the ongoing billing dispute. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage people to thoroughly research alternatives before signing up. There are other providers offering lower fees, better communication and far more responsive support. Zero stars.
