Ordered Mitsuri Costume it arrived earlier than we thought, it was well packaged. The quality was very good, metal buttons and writing on back of black jacket. We brought small womens and definitely small, maybe to small. Might be best to size up. We also ordered the wig, a bit of cutting for the fringe and it was perfect. Only issue was the shoes, one broke within minutes of trying them on she didn't even leave the house. Overall the costume was lovely and she had a great time wearing it. It was definitely one of the better costume. I would recommend this costume

Cute Cosplay for Con
I have ordered a cosplay from them and it was perfect. The dress matched the picture and the character perfectly. Every detail was included, and there were so many layers to the outfit. The cosplay was 100% worth the price and I hope to order from them again soon.

K-angel outfit NEVER ARRIVED...!!!
I ordered the k-angel wig and outfit on the 12th july. It never arrives, and yet on my dokidoki account it says shipped. They email me about this only this month, saying that the package was never delivered and somehow it was a fault on my end? Then, i get an email asking me to rate and review the k angel wig despite it NEVER ARRIVING. They wanted me to pay an £8 redelivery fee which might not seem like much but it is when i've already spent money on the original outfit and shipping. I checked my email after the deadline was overdue, which i am at fault for, i completely understand. I doubt i'll buy from them again, they are resellers afterall.

Great communication, very friendly and helpful!
I had to cancel an order due to changes in scheduling for the time the items I ordered were needed. They were super friendly and understanding, even offering to attempt to ship out the items faster for me, but I unfortunately had to decline. Still communicated with me even with the difference in time zones, ended up helping me get a full refund with no hassles!!
