Absolutely disgraceful
Absolutely disgraceful. 3 bond and seals missed from my order yet the cheaper items sent. Emailed twice about this and had no response yet they manage to email me asking how my experience was. Not good enough. Will be posting on social media about it next if I don’t hear back. First time trying this brand as well. Wouldn’t recommend. I get mistakes happen but to now be ignored is a joke.

I love this company so much they have the best brushes in my opinion love the foundation brush and great quality! Nothing compares and I’ve tried many! I’ve even stockpiled them just in case they discontinue. Bought from here many times and it’s always been great service and quick delivery. Never had a problem love this brand

Avoid. Cheap products. Poor customer service.
Bought 3 lipsticks. Horrific quality. Stink of cheap lipstick, like play doh. They have a nasty taste. One lipstick was rattling around in the holder. They were all orange. Totally different to ones I’d previously had with the same name. Texture was rough and dragged on my lips. Emailed to ask how to return because they weren’t as described and they are massively over priced. They’ve ignored by emails. Ignored my messages on insta and they’ve deleted my comments on their posts. I did speak to another customer who said they had replied to their emails so they are purposely ignoring me because I’ve called out their cheap quality!! I want my money back. Disgusting customer service.
