Order delay
I placed my order on a Monday, but it was not shipped until Friday, despite there being no apparent reason for such a delay. What is particularly concerning is that immediately after I raised a complaint, my order was shipped within an hour. This directly contradicts the reason given for why the order could not be shipped earlier. Furthermore, your current shipping policy states that orders are delivered within 1–2 working days. However, I have now been informed that my order will only be delivered after approximately a week. This means that from the date I placed the order to the date I am expected to receive it, the total turnaround time will be around **14 days**, which is completely unacceptable and far from the delivery timelines communicated on your website. This is extremely disappointing service, especially considering that the order was shipped immediately after I raised a complaint.

Great pricing, packaging, customer service.
My experience with Dookan has been very professional and prompt. I can elaborate from 3 angles. First, the pricing is really competitive. I compare prices regularly across e-commerce sites in Europe, and Dookan clearly stands out. Second, the product packaging is rock solid - products arrive in a neatly packed DHL carton, and i always appreciated the neat and secure packaging. Third, and this is perhaps the best aspect of my interaction with Dookan - their customer service is prompt, customer friendly, and resolution-oriented. Keep up the great work.
