OFFENSIVE SMELLY SANDALS
I ordered 2 pairs of sandals. Delivery was slow, but that's not my issue. When I finally got the sandals and was opening the package, the smell of....oil??gasoline?? I don't know.....was so strong I didn't even take the sandals out of their separate plastic bags. I wrote them requesting info on how to return them for credit and about the offensive, strong smell. They told me to send photos of the item and the shipping label - I did so, requesting a credit. They wrote back that the photos were reviewed and decided company handled the order accurately. They only allow refunds for missing or incorrect product - return request DENIED! Oh, they did offer a 10% refund - I DENIED their offer! Obviously they have a LOW bar for Quality Control...AND...their customer's concerns are NOT concerns of their company. I threw the sandals away. With that strong smell and not knowing what chemical it may be, I was NOT going to put them next to my skin - OR to anyone else's - so donation was not an option. IN THE GARBAGE THEY WENT -- SORRY LANDFILL!!

J’ai adoré ma visite dans cette boutique! La sélection d’articles est vraiment magnifique, avec des pièces uniques et de qualité. Les vendeuses sont extrêmement accueillantes et donnent d’excellents conseils. Elles prennent le temps de bien comprendre nos besoins et de proposer des suggestions adaptées. Je recommande vivement ce magasin à tous ceux qui cherchent une belle expérience de shopping. C’était un vrai plaisir, j’y retournerai sans hésiter!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, unhelpful people and false information. I went here to buy a gift for someone, they didn’t have the right size but recommended a size up, saying that I could return the item if it didn’t fit. As expected, it didn’t fit, but when I came to return it they told me it was only exchangeable not refundable. I explained that I had been very clear it was this one specific item I needed and if it didn’t fit I would need to return it and be refunded. Unhelpful and rude staff, left feeling cheated and they were unwilling to resolve. Will never shop here again.

Commande du 27 Novembre pour près de 1900 Francs Suisse Je réclame plusieurs fois le colis au site Drake en demandant ou est le colis tant il met du temps à arriver et ce dès le 10 décembre Le colis arrive à la douane 3 semaines après à Paris qui ne m 'envoie un courrier que le 24 Décembre pour me demander la facture absente du colis, précisant qu' au delà du 9 janvier le colis va repartir à l 'expéditeur. Je préviens aimablement le site que au bout de 5 semaines de transport je ne peux pas prendre le colis, toujours bloqué en douane, Etant en vacances et ayant eu besoin de ces articles pour Noel Je leur demande le remboursement puisqu'ils vont récupérer le colis. On me répond que ils doivent attendre le retour du colis. Nous sommes début Janvier, OK je patiente . Je les relance le 15 Janvier, meme retour ils ne peuvent pas sans le colis. De 15 jours en 15 Jours je réclame. Plus de réponse en Février. je pense sérieusement porter plainte mais ayant peu de temps, je patiente encore. La semaine dernière Mars 2023 je les relance à nouveau précisant que je porte plainte. A ce jour 17 MARS on me répond que ils n'ont pas récupéré le colis qui est sous ma responsabilité et qu'ils n'ont pas le "droit" de le faire rapatrier et que je dois entamer des démarches auprès de la poste et qu'ils sont bien décus comme moi de tout ca..... Une très mauvaise blague!!Site malhonnête qui se décharge de sa responsabilité et obligations! Parfaitement SCANDALEUX
