Completely unacceptable — two months wasted for nothing
I ordered the DREO 20dB Silent Tower Fan on 23 June 2026, with delivery scheduled for 29 June. I stayed at home all day waiting for it, only for Amazon to claim that “the customer refused delivery” — which was completely untrue. When I contacted Amazon, I was eventually told the actual reason was that the item had supposedly been damaged in transit. I was told I would receive a refund and would need to place a new order. Of course, by then the fan was out of stock. So I ordered the next model up, the DREO Smart Tower Fan for Bedroom & Home, which advertised a delivery timeframe of 1–2 months. I accepted the ridiculous wait because I actually wanted the product. They took the FULL TWO MONTHS. Then, on the very day the order was supposed to arrive, they cancelled it. So after nearly two months of waiting, I ended up with absolutely nothing. The entire experience has been an unbelievable waste of my time. Two orders, multiple delivery issues, weeks of waiting, contradictory explanations and ultimately no fan. If DREO and Amazon cannot fulfil an order, they should not take someone’s money, make them wait months, and then cancel it on the promised delivery date. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from DREO. Based on my experience, the entire process has been an absolute shambles. DREO — you have managed to turn buying a tower fan into a two-month saga with no ending. Congratulations.

J’ai acheté un humidificateur d'air connecté et je dois dire que c’est un excellent investissement et une amélioration de condition de vie et voir aussi dans le temps si mes plantes l'apprécie aussi, facile à utiliser, prend peu de place et avec l'application facile à maîtriser achat sur Amazon site sûr et fiable prix attractif je recommande

Quiet fan with lots of speeds and app access
Purchased a Dreo tower fan which is lovely and quiet, has lots of different speeds, oscillates and is controllable via an android app. Really pleased with it and would recommend Dreo if looking for a new fan. I'd also like to mention Tiffany on their support desk who when I had questions was really helpful.

With so many products out there these days, too many reviews and so much more you don't really know if the product is going to work for you or not. I did my research on fans and every time I looked further & further to ensure I was only looking at the best rated, top quality, trusted fans DREO kept coming back again & again. They were the only site and fans I could find that consistently stayed true to their word, quality of their fans and the outstanding customer reviews kept getting better & better as I read further along. Even then I didn't jump the gun just yet but the awful heat wave that's going around was making for sleepless nights and I knew I had to do something. I went back to the DREO website, read the same reviews again, compared the fan I wanted to other fans that weren't DREO and finally pulled the trigger and bought it. Ever since having it it's been a DREAM 🙌. Easy to assemble, good air flow, kept me nice and cool at night all night! Quiet which was the biggest #1 thing I wanted because I hate any noise at night and that's why I didn't buy a fan for the longest time was because I hated the noise it makes and it keeps me up at night. The DREO is so effing quiet and never once disturbs my sleep. I use it every night now since purchasing it and I have never been happier with a fan, the company and the quality of the product I bought! Please check this fan and other fans out on the DREO website for yourself and see what I mean!
