Needed a next day delivery (and ordered…
Needed a next day delivery (and ordered well within the time) but unfortunately it arrived 2 days after the expected date. As this was the reason we used the company, we got in touch to ask for our next day delivery cost refunded. This was refused. They could not provide this service but we still had to pay for it.

Useless Couriers. Useless Helpline
Useless Couriers. Useless Helpline on the 14th of August I ordered some £40 worth of EatonRidge Bottled water. This was despatched on the 17th August using InPost UK as the couriers. Despite telling me that the order was on the way InPost UK failed to deliver the package and when I queried the InPost help desk (once I got past their obstructive AI assistant) they said it would be delivered today by a different driver. At 09.56 today (20th August) I received a message from InPost UK that the package was "Delivery done". However, this was NOT to my address and with NO photographic proof of delivery, I have no idea where I might find the package. InPost say they will look into it but without any hint as to where the parcel is, there is no chance it will turn up. I tried DrinkSupermarket help line and was subjected to 2 minutes of advertising about their services and was then cut off. I think in general this is very poor service and could not possibly recommend DrinkSupermarket while they continue to use these couriers and take steps to improve their helpline. DrinkSupermarket has sent me an email showing me where the couriers dumped our parcels - quite close to the point of the actual post code, but not to our address which is some 400 metres away, but still claiming where the packages were dumped was our address. I was thus able to retrieve the parcels from someone else's doorstep. It shouldn't be necessary for the recipient of parcels from DrinkSupermarket to have to take the car out to find and retrieve their deliveries. Unfortunately, it is not possible to award nil points for the delivery.

DO NOT ORDER
DO NOT ORDER - Customer service is jank. Ordered 2 crates of cokes and a crate of Fanta. Coke was delivered 2 weeks ago. I was told that it was part delivered but they needed a photo of the delivered cokes which is ridiculous. They were for a party and they’ve all gone but apparently I still need to take a photo to get a refund. I’ve contacted my bank to dispute it for me and get a refund. Payal on customer service is like a robot who can only read off a screen and not have a bit of common sense. Shocking company, will not be ordering again.

Not the quickest delivery
Partner placed order Monday afternoon before 2pm and paid for next day delivery. Company took the money but failed to provide order confirmation or tracking number upon placing our order. She emailed this morning and had a response from someone called Amen giving us an alleged order number telling us our order was due to be delivered today, which of course did not arrive. Sent a follow up asking which courier they used and that we wanted a tracking number, received no response back. We then attempted to track it via website using the order number we received and it says "unable to find order information" so we have been conned and the order number was clearly bogus. Have emailed to demand an explanation and told them if it has not been delivered by tomorrow want a full refund. I was under the impression this was a genuine company, so wtf is going on?? Edit: Raised from 1 star to 3 as order eventually arrived today and we have been told we will receive a refund for our delivery fee. Not the greatest first impression, but at least we did actually receive goods

Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. Order placed and after almost 10 days no order received. 3 emails to customer service and finally a response saying we will cancel and refund. Still waiting. Avoid
