Abbiamo usato il servizio dripdrop in un albergo a Praga, molto comodo avere degli ombrelli a portata di mano in una giornata di pioggia intensa. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema e il servizio clienti (Florentin) si è rivelato eccezionale. La risposta alle nostre domande è stata immediata e il problema è stato prontamente risolto. Consiglio!

Missing umbrellas
We had rented three umbrellas from Dripdrop for an event but were forced to leave them outside the venue. When we returned two of them were missing. The customer service representative Florentin-Constantin was really kind and responsive and immediately made sure we had no charges for the missing umbrellas. Would definitely recommend Dripdrop.

I used DripDrop at Bodo (Norway) for only 1 day and, even if I forgot the umbrella in another place, I sent them a message and took care about it and cancelled the rental. Natalia has been very kind on helping me. I strongly recommend to use their service as they are so kind and professional.

Fantastic Customer Service
I hired from a hotel in Vilnius when it rained unexpectedly during our stay. Unfortunately we were held up on our bus tour which resulted in us returning the umbrella 1 hour late. By his stage 200kr had already been deducted from my card, but a quick email to their support desk and Anne assured me that a refund was on its way, which indeed it was. Amazing customer service, Thankyou
