Really good service shirt was abit big and refund process was really easy and took 3 days. Really good communication and top service. I Recommend

Very disappointing return experience
Very disappointing return experience I ordered a shorts and T-shirt set from this company, but unfortunately the return process has been extremely frustrating. When I decided to return the items, I followed the return instructions provided in the packaging and sent the parcel to the shipping address shown on the leaflet. This is also the same address that is listed on their website. Despite this, the company is now claiming that I sent the parcel to the wrong address and that they have not received it. I find this very disappointing, especially as I followed the return information they provided. If a company gives customers a specific return address on both their packaging and website, it is unreasonable to then blame the customer when that address apparently isn’t correct. I am now left without the items and without a satisfactory resolution. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would advise others to be very careful when ordering, particularly when it comes to returns.
