I strongly advise everyone to stay away…
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company and never book a car through Yango Drive. I paid for a rental car, provided my passport, Emirates ID and driving licence, but the rental company suddenly demanded additional documents that I had never been asked for before. I was then refused the car, even though I had already paid in full. Yango support kept sending me in circles, offered different explanations, and ultimately refused to refund my money even though I never received the vehicle and no rental service was provided. In my opinion, this is extremely dishonest and feels like a scam: they take your money, you receive no car, and then they hide behind questionable excuses and policies to keep the payment. The customer service was frustrating, unhelpful and completely unacceptable. I will never spend another dirham with Yango and I strongly recommend that others book directly with a reputable rental company instead.

If i can give no Star would be better. I wasted 2 hours trying to book a car rental through them. At every stage, their IT just doesn't work properly and customer support is completely incompetent

One of the worst car rental…
One of the worst car rental marketplaces I’ve ever used. Once your booking is confirmed, their customer support is practically nonexistent. They partner with low-quality rental companies that provide dirty, poorly maintained cars and often advertise vehicles that don’t match what you actually receive. You’ll book one car but be given a completely different one. When you raise the issue, there’s little to no support or resolution. I would not recommend using this service.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible experience. I extended my car rental for one extra day through the app, received a booking confirmation, and naturally assumed everything was confirmed. Later, the assigned rental agency simply rejected the extension, leaving me stranded and scrambling to find another rental at the last minute. What's the point of sending a confirmation if the rental company can reject it afterward? This is completely misleading and shows a serious lack of coordination between the app and its partners. It wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and completely disrupted my plans. If your app cannot guarantee confirmed bookings, then don't call them "confirmed." This level of unreliability is unacceptable. I will never trust this app again and would strongly advise others to avoid it unless they're prepared for last-minute cancellations and zero accountability.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I booked a car through Yango Drive twice, and on both occasions my confirmed booking was cancelled at the last minute without any phone call or prior notice. I was only informed afterward that no vehicle was available. If no car was available, why was my booking confirmed in the first place? This wasted my time and caused significant inconvenience. Customer support was also unable to provide a satisfactory solution or offer a replacement vehicle without requiring another deposit.
