Really bad service
The car hadn't car play or android auto, the bare minimum in 2026 when I rent a car to travel around a country I've never been in. The 12v socket was not working, so I couldn't charge the phone. When we took the car, the front left tyre was deflated, when we made it notice to the staff, they did anything about it. We payed what they called 'green card' (the extension of the car insurance in other countries) but it was just the crossing borders, so at the frontier we had to pay additional fee. The morning we had to drop the car, nobody answered us, they neither sent to us the drop location two days before like they told us they would have done. We dropped the car at Podgorica airport and nobody here between rentals knew where drive365 was

Habíamos leído muy malas reseña después de reservar e íbamos con miedo... pero nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva. Deposito de 1200€ en nuestra tarjeta de crédito, cobertura full con vipcars y nos devolvieron el depósito en 3 dias... dejamos el coche eso si impoluto, limpio y con el depósito igual que lo encontramos... y procuramos no ir por caminos siempre en carretera para evitar la penalizaciónde 300€. Yo si lo recomendaría fue una opción muy económica.

Il servizio (Atene) era andato anche bene, ed io ho fatto l'errore di scrivere la prima recensione (positiva) prima di ricevere indietro il deposito..E ora sono ancora in attesa che mi venga restituito da metà giugno. Non è ancora arrivato nulla nonostante sia stato subito chiuso il contratto senza alcun problema. A questo punto dopo email, telefonate avvisi e reclami, sarò costretta ad andare alle vie legali. Un ladrocinio, una truffa una delusione..non ci cascate! State lontani da Otoq!

I strongly advise avoiding this company
I strongly advise avoiding this company. I rented a car from them in Greece for my wedding and paid a €650 refundable deposit, which they clearly confirmed would be returned no later than two months after the rental ended. It has now been six months, and the deposit has still not been returned. I have documented proof of their promise to issue the refund, as well as multiple follow-up emails from my side. All of them have been ignored and I have not received the money back. I want to empasize that I have done everything possible to resolve this matter in a friendly and professional manner. At this stage, it has become a matter of principle. If I do not receive confirmation of the deposit refund within seven days, I will escalate the case through the European Consumer Centre in both France and Greece, file a claim with the Greek Consumer Ombudsman, and proceed through the European Small Claims Procedure if necessary.
