I cannot praise Dubarry of Irelands…
I cannot praise Dubarry of Irelands customer service enough. I ordered a pair of shorts for my holiday, they came on the Friday as I was going away on the Tuesday, to my horror I had ordered the wrong size, I sent them a pleading Email to see if they could get them to me by Monday and unbelievably I received the new pair on Saturday afternoon!! Absolute 5***** service, made my holiday, thank you Dubarry, can’t get better than that 👏👏xx

Dubarry clothing is always fantastic…
Dubarry clothing is always fantastic quality and I have several lovely pieces of theirs as well as wearing their boots, but on this occasion I was particularly impressed with their customer service. I had ordered a pair of shorts for a holiday but when they arrived they were the wrong size. I contacted them and explained and they got the new size out to me within 24 hours so I could still take them on holiday.

I give up - these boots have to go.
I give up. Every walk is miserable in these boots. Purchased a couple of years ago, I've been continuously trying to wear them in through all seasons, but have been unable to leave the house in them without wearing two pairs of very thick socks, silicone heel protectors, and armed with Compeed blister plasters - these are not boots you can just casually throw . I've just tried them again walking the dogs in the first rain following the hot summer, and within 10 minutes my feet are cut to ribbons and there's blood on my socks. So fed up of trying to give them another chance, as they let me down every time. The heel guards are rock hard and so unforgiving, and have cut through the inner lining. These damn boots are now in a carrier bag by the door, either going free to some poor unsuspecting fool, or in next week's wheelie bin collection. Would never, ever recommend.

I reached out to the customer service team regarding my order due to DPD issue and they were not only extremely responsive via email but polite and helpful. They also resolved the issue the same day and followed up the next day to make sure I had received my package and everything was in order. Penny at Dubarry was extremely helpful and I will continue to buy from Dubarry as the service is always fantastic and the quality of their product is exceptional.

Great customer service
I bought an amazing Dubarry jacket that I love so much, but the clasp on rain hood unfortunately broke. I took it to the London Sloane Square Dubarry store and they immediately handled it. They took it in for repair and updated me via email that it had been fixed and would soon be ready for collection back at the London store. Since I live far from London I asked if they could ship it to my home address instead, and they obliged, at no extra cost. Great fast service, good communication and my jacket has been fixed - happy customer!
