I thought I would try this on my iPad, and the product worked ok. I thought I'd try the free trial and see how it went, and I was on the verge of paying the £28 yearly fee. I signed up for free trials using a Monzo virtual card so as not to run into any unwanted charges. When my trial came to an end, the fee was declined (the virtual card has no money there). I decided I did not need this product, so went to cancel, when I was offered a 30% discount - I thought, why not, it would take the price down to around £19. I added the money to the virtual card and paid, only to be declined as they still tried to take the full £29. The 30% discount is clearly visible in my account billing. Don't worry, though - after cancelling, I get connected to "helpful" AI agents who try to convince me I am in the wrong. No thank you. Won't be using this product again. UPDATE: Even after cancelling and deleting my account, I am still getting attempted charges on my account.

Excellent refund Experience
I had an excellent experience with Duet's customer support! I accidentally forgot to cancel a free trial that rolled over into an annual billing, and I only realized after over 20 days. I reached out to their support team via email, and they granted me a good-faith courtesy refund almost immediately because I hadn't used the service. Super professional, understanding, and highly recommended customer service!

Fabulous tech support
I had an issue with screen layout that didn’t work well with Duet. There techs were very quick and resolved the issue immediately. Not just on my end but in their coding. Tech support like this in this day and age is unheard of.
