Enforced warranty purchase
I chose 2 hand bags in a sale thinking they would make great presents. When I went to the basket the price was £70.70 including postage. When I went to pay (Apple Pay) the price suddenly went up to £76.60! Luckily I noticed, I went back and reviewed my basket and there was an extra added to my basket of a warranty card! Why do I need a warranty for a handbag? If it’s faulty they would need to fix under uk law anyway. Also only 1 to cover 2 handbags? If needed surely should be included in the price, if extra surely it’s optional! I removed the warranty card and tried again, again when I went to hit buy the warranty card was automatically added to my basket. I would not trust a company that does this, so I did not complete my purchase. It’s a shame as I thought the idea was a good one.

J'ai commandé 4 sacs à faire dont un pour moi, je suis ravie de l'accompagnement et de la "facilité" à faire ces créations. Pas à pas très bien fait. On se sent capable de tout faire! La matière de mon sac semble être de qualité.

De tutorial was goed. Bij de stof zaten zowel op de binnenkant (1 vlek) als op de buitenkant (2 kleine vlekjes). Het materiaal aan de binnenkant oogt wat goedkoop. Wel een mooi eindresultaat!

This is a review that's really painful…
This is a review that's really painful to write because of how much of a fan I was of the company and the concept. I purchased a total of 7 bags, 3 of which are the same model. The purchases were completed in 3 different orders. The 1st 4 bags are beautiful and we're complete with no issues. Then it came the time to do the Gaff model. When it came to the section of sewing the zipper, the section was too small for the space. I sent a video on an email to complain. The reply couldn't have been more disappointing. Clara admitted an issue (in spite her best attempts to say it's all correct) and went so far as to say a few people had emailed about it, so it is a well known issue to the company. Of course Clara gave me a solution, but that doesn't make up for the original error. I can actually think of a better solution which doesn't leave me with a bag that looks horrible and overstretched. I will most certainly not purchase from her again and definitely do not recommend.
