Placed an online arrived about seven…
Placed an online arrived about seven minutes later stood in line for another 10 to 12 minutes. When I asked about my online order, I was told oh it’s coming. The young girl was very rude and it was obvious that she could care less about customer service. This was at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Halifax, North Carolina off of the 168 exit.

First of all I really don’t want to give anyone a 1 star but she deserves 0 stars. I don’t have any issues about any of your location, however the one on Boston st Dorchester ma, because i know the owner of this location and the Albanian girl probably know I made complaint about her behavior before, yet she has learned how to treat clients with respect and dignity. I visited this location yesterday and she took my order and my keys fell behind the counter she made comment you now lost your keys, I say if you can’t get my keys I can call John to come and give my keys than sarcastically she replied and not just once but several time go ahead call John now call John now girl don’t tell me to call John, I will continue to report you with a bad survey each time I come to this location and you show your ignorance and stupidity behavior. Her arrogance didn’t bother me, but I know this survey will affect you, one thing she needs to know is that customers money is her pay check so behave your self and learn how to act behind the counter with clients, even after I left someone came and notified me that she was still talking about me and to call John. John will find out about this encounter as well. She doesn’t have the qualification and personality to be doing the transaction face to face, because one day someone will back slap her, because of her smart mouth. So many people that i know including so many police officer thinks the same about this same girl. Good luck lady

Me and my old man ordered Donuts and a thing of hash browns each and hash browns are smashed and tasted like plastic absolutely disgusting maybe they should take a little bit of pride in what they do they're right down the road from you and ordered all the time now I just want to go through my Donuts at them if you don't like your job don't do it anyway I would like to see you guys eat these nasty ass hash browns enjoy your day have a good day you deserve even my dog won't eat them

Don’t get what you pay for.
First off I went to get a dozen of doughnuts and there’s no pictures no description of the donuts on the drive-through and then I ordered them and get all the wrong donuts. I ordered Bavarian cream and I get some white icing instead . Tried to call them of course you can’t get through because it goes busy right away. Drive-through service would be nice if you get what you order. I’ll go to Publix and buy my donuts. Winter Springs/Oviedo Florida Redbug Road location right in front of the Lowe’s. Donuts at almost $20 a dozen. I should get what I pay for.
