Blew my high tryna use it😂😂
I got the DynaVap b… I imagine for some Sativa tribes This may be fun, but I think this might be for microdoses only because no one who has ever smoked a lot of weed to kick back would be able to have fun with this. It’s too much to do …first of all the buttons are really, really tight on torches so to hold a torch button down for 30 seconds while twisting the pipe with your other hand well maybe it’s a young person‘s game but if you just wanna smoke some weed and you just wanna kick back and be mellow, this is not the tool for you …get an electronic one. This thing was so hard to use. I’m not gonna send it back because it has a patina on the cap now, but it is just so hard to use and it burns the lighters out …the jet lighters aren’t designed to light for 20 seconds at a time. They’re only designed to last for 5 to 10 secs so I used a two flame to see if it would do it a little quicker and I burnt the weed … I’ve already burned out a lighter in three or four days. It doesn’t work anymore so I don’t know …this is just not for me. If you don’t want a lot of hassle get electronic… oh and by the way it ain’t cheap so if you’re not able to write with both hands at the same time (lighter in one hand and a twisting pipe constantly in the other hand , if you have the skills to do that, then you’re just dope!!!)this won’t be for you or if you’re impatient and you just wanna smoke this ain’t for you this is more like a Party Favor… or rather some bait on a hook so you have to go back and buy the heat induction unit which cost as much or more than the pipe itself…hmmmm! Pretty slick😏

Im a customer of the EU branch. Since I didnt end up wanting the package as much as I would like the money I paid back i decided to instruct ups to return to sender and contacted the DynaVap Support email adress. After four days and one more message I still hadnt gotten a response. The chicago based support phoneline is helmed by a useless ai and the returns process on the website is locked behind a login, an account for which I neither have nor want. Ive been a loyal customer for over half a decade now. So far ive relied on local importers but this experience with the official store might just have been my final one with the company at large.

Great Product/Crappy Customer Service
I returned that big bulky battery. Also, when you return your item, you need to send them a letter letting them know why you are returning it. They got the battery but I got an email telling me they could not refund my money so they were giving me store credit. Nope! I want my refund. They then said that they could not return to my cc because the expiration date expired. But this was the card I paid for the item with, and it is very current. I did not understand and they took several long emails to try to explain. It was ridiculous. They then just paid me back via PayPal and that was that. Service gets a D. The pen itself is pretty cool. I have two caps and I feel I have to heat it a while after the cap clips (and I know how to heat it). I have no problems with the Dynavap Pen MXL Will I ever purchase a product from them, right now, no, and that's a shame because I like the product, but the service is a huge NO for me.
