Thx E-Junkie for several years of great service!
I have used the E-Junkie Shopping Cart since 2013 with there being few issues. The odd time that I did have to contact Customer Service they were quick to help with instructions relayed in a manner that I could understand. I will miss you guys but I no longer require a shopping cart and thank you for the great, reasonably priced service that you provided me for several years.

I have been using E-Junkie since 2009 for my eCommerce sites and have had no reason to look elsewhere. The functionality is great, nice interface and reporting, but best of all is the technical support and customer service - they are quick to respond and do everything they can to sort any issues. Top marks!

I worked with Tyson today
I worked with Tyson today. None of my Shop buttons were working after installing a SSL on my site this week. Tyson was able to look at the html source code on my site and tell me exactly where I needed to update http: to https: Now all of my Shop buttons work again. I am very grateful for his expertise and helping me get my Shop buttons working again!

Fifteen flawless years-excellent service!
We used eJunkie for 15 years, and I'd call it perfect. The service was easy to set up, flawless in use, they just did what they said automatically without any complications. My newly updated WordPress website can deliver digital files, so that's the only reason to stop receiving their excellent delivery service.

I've been using E-Junkie for close to 20 years. Had a brief stint with Paddle (during which time the old E-Junkie admin was Flash-based and would not work in any modern browser or iOS devices). But came back to E-Junkie in 2020 after they'd updated things and the Paddle fees had become insanely expensive. A very easy cart to setup in any website, one which does all the basics. No confusing boxes for the website user to fill-in or multiple screens to navigate. Perfect for selling digital downloads. Lots of options for coupon codes. Very fast and friendly support you will struggle to find anywhere else. I had been using E-Junkie for selling RapidWeaver plugins digitally (website themes and drag-and-drop stack components). Plus an eBook and a donation form for the free addons. My only reason to stop using E-Junkie is because I've been forced to close down my websites selling RapidWeaver themes and stacks. However I plan to switch a client over to E-Junkie soon and I still plan to use E-Junkie in future for another business startup.
