Assustador a quantidade de reclamações negativas em menos de 1 ano, tive uma péssima experiência também, adquiri carios testes e após bastante esforço consegui a aprovação em uma conta livesim, mas para minha surpresa ao solicitar saque, foi feito todos os tipos de questionamentos e "regimento interno" nitidamente com intuito de negar o saque e foi o que aconteceu, Me fizeram passar por entrevistas via vídeo conferência, solicitando informações pessoais e privadas, depois vários dias tentando apenas receber o que é meu por direito, foi dito que havia outra pessoa realizando as operações, sem nunca terem comprovado nada, pura falácia, conforme pude observar, não foi só comigo, tem dezenas de pessoas reclamando e isso já diz bastante do quanto a empresa realmente oferece ao consumidor. Enfim, negaram o saque, cancelaram e bloquearam minha conta, sumiram com o meu dinheiro, repensem o rumo que estão tomando e todas as reclamações que corroboram, não é confiável, plataformas instáveis e travamentos durante operação, culminando em obrigação de comprar novos testes. Se quiser perder seu dinheiro, esse é o lugar. Podem tirar suas dúvidas, mas não reclamem de não terem sido avisados. Fato ocorrido 22 de agosto 25 Tenho tudo guardado!!

I still have faith that you guys will fix the one issue here that’s keeping you from the top three on my list but this right here has killed it for me. Once you guys make good just like you did on my gauntlet account with my live SIM account that was failed for the same exact reason as I mentioned below, and as I mentioned over the last two weeks to you guys, and I’ve been ignored emailing your prop funded side in your standard side. I got all the back up to prove it, I’m not trying to become your enemy here, but if you try to dispute this, I also have the backup information. There’s no reason you shouldn’t be resetting my live simulation account when the lack of flattening capability on your feed is the same reason that my gauntlet account failed that you guys reset after I’ve provided you all the backup. Then you pawn me off to the funded side and they make me start over in conversation and they’re literally ignoring me and not resetting my account let me know when you guys want to do the right thing. I use five different prop firms and I’m not gonna get into the ins and outs but one of the things with the trading company and the digital media marketing company that I do is with a couple other people is reviewing prop firm something we’re getting into and I refer a lot of people to prop firms as well. I’ve sent people over to you. You have no clue who I am and yet you treat me like I’m the bottom of the barrel, don’t care about responding and you’re not doing the right thing with this account. You did it with the evaluation, but it’s interesting how you didn’t reset my live account that was caused by the same issue. To be clear: I am NOT asking for anything free. I paid for multiple evaluations and multiple resets when I broke rules. I accepted those losses and put in the work to finally get funded. I had ~79% accuracy over 10 days, a ~$900 highest trade, strong metrics, and was consistently trading 5–10 NQ micros. I did the work. The problem was Rithmic. I trade Rithmic with other firms and experience normal occasional lag during extreme volume, but I can still manage my positions. With Earn2Trade, I experienced repeated issues where I couldn’t properly flatten or manage live trades. On my $100K Gauntlet, the Rithmic issue caused me to lose control of a position. I documented everything with screenshots/videos and provided it to Earn2Trade. They acknowledged the issue and reset the evaluation. Then the same type of Rithmic failure happened on my $50K funded SIM account. I couldn’t properly flatten the position, couldn’t reliably add/modify protection, tried TraderPro, documented everything again, and the account was ultimately liquidated. 🚨 Here’s the problem: They reset the $100K evaluation because of the Rithmic issue, but they’re refusing to reset my $50K funded account for the same underlying problem. I’ve now been asking for this to be resolved for roughly two weeks, and I’m continually being pushed toward an email while my concerns aren’t actually being addressed. I’m not trying to become Earn2Trade’s enemy. I simply refuse to waste my time and money over a problem their own system caused. Trading isn’t a hobby for me. I paid them. I followed their rules. I paid resets when I was responsible. I put in the work to get funded. You can’t tell me the rules matter when I make a mistake, but ignore the consequences when your own Rithmic feed fails. I have screenshots, videos, messages, and documentation supporting everything in this review. If Earn2Trade disputes any of these statements, I will provide the evidence. I will remove this review and stop sharing this experience if they make it right and reset my $50K account. Until then, I’m going to continue sharing my experience across the platforms where I review these firms, and I am also considering disputing the charges through my bank. ⚠️ I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for the same accountability from Earn2Trade that they expect from their traders. — You guys know exactly what happened. You reset the evaluation properly on your end, but because you have two different businesses/accounts involved, you’re treating my situation differently. Your Rithmic feed didn’t allow me to collapse my positions, and it was already determined that you were going to handle the situation differently. Now you’re trying to do damage control by responding to reviews. That’s not how you do business. It’s also pretty telling how quickly you respond to me here now that I’m no longer a customer—when I actually had an account and genuinely needed help, getting a response was a completely different story. Everybody should take note.

After reviewing the case and the information provided, we took responsibility for the situation and restored the account. The 50K account was reviewed separately, and the circumstances at the time of the account failure did not meet the same conditions. For that reason, the account was not eligible for the same resolution. We understand that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but each case is reviewed based on the specific circumstances and information available at the time.
