I think i got scammed
I ordered a Phone, but haven't heard anything back. The customerservice didn't work, so i'm hoping to reach anyone like this. I also wanted to cancel my order, but there is no way to do it.

Je n’ai pas reçu ma commande 3340019350146 je n’ai même pas de numéro de suivi?? et le lien pour les contacter ne fonctionne pas merci de me rembourser mes 255€ selon le délai de rétractation et comme je n’ai rien reçu, sinon je porterai plainte

Don't buy there
Don't buy there. I bought a used Apple Watch that stopped working after just nine months. It was never dropped or otherwise damaged and was still in the same excellent condition as when I bought it. The battery health was fine, it was fully charged, and there were absolutely no signs of any problem beforehand. I am unable to make a warranty claim because: The contact form does not actually provide an option for a genuine warranty claim. The only available categories are things like "Damaged Delivery" or "Setup Issues." Even if you choose the closest matching category, the Submit button cannot be clicked (and yes, all required fields are completed). There is no email address anywhere on the website that customers can use as an alternative. Every support option leads to the same contact form with the non-functional Submit button. Even the order confirmation was sent from a no-reply email address. As a result, there is simply no way to claim the warranty. This is outrageous! Without question, this is the most customer-unfriendly website I have ever dealt with. Never again. My recommendation to everyone is: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Compré un Apple Watch por 222 € el 10 de junio de 2026; recibí una notificación indicando que mi pedido se había tramitado y se le había asignado el número: #3400019350370 Hoy ya es 10 de julio de 2026, ha pasado un mes, pero mi pedido aún no se ha entregado y no hay ninguna actualización sobre el estado de mi pedido en la página web. He intentado escribir al servicio de atención al cliente a través de la página web, pero no funciona. He escrito en Instagram varias veces durante los últimos días, pero nadie me ha respondido. Quiero recibir información sobre mi pedido o que me devuelvan el dinero.
