Login 137893506 Calling this "concrete proof" is almost insulting. You showed nothing. Not partial evidence, not a summary, not a single transaction log — absolutely nothing. In the email refusing my payout, you cited HFT, news trading, and weekend trading. I have been requesting my transaction history for three weeks to verify these claims, and it has never arrived. There's a very simple explanation for that: it doesn't exist, because the claims aren't true. When I called this out, a brand new excuse magically appeared — that I supposedly had to wait for a reset after the first refusal. This requirement was never mentioned before, anywhere. Your own support team told me, in writing, that all I had to do was keep trading for 14 more days. No reset, no waiting period, nothing. You are now rewriting the rules after the fact to justify a decision you can't actually back up with evidence. Yes, you reset the account. Big deal. You did not fund it. So now I'm forced to redo an entire challenge I already passed once — while you dress this up as a "gesture of good faith." It isn't good faith. It's damage control, dressed up in polite language, from a company that refuses to produce a single piece of proof for its own accusations. Being asked to start over — with no guarantees and no evidence to justify the original refusal — is not something I'm willing to accept. As for why I'm not retrying the challenge: I simply don't trust this firm. As I mentioned in a previous review, I’d trust a venomous snake before I’d trust these people. If you actually had evidence, you would have shown it three weeks ago. You didn't, because you can't. At this point, I have no problem saying it plainly: this is a scummy way to run a business. A company that refuses to show a single piece of evidence, invents new rules after the fact, and calls damage control a "gesture of good faith" isn't just incompetent — it's acting in bad faith, deliberately.

Absolute scam company. Constantly changing company name and platforms ( formerly known as easyfunding), resulting in your profits getting lost in the transfer, or getting added to your “starting balance” so not able to withdraw and ruining consistency score. Slippage on gold hit 200 pips ($20) on a normal day no news costing me thousands. Finally my payout was rejected due to “weekend trading” which was one trade placed at 21:47 UTC. Which is after market open so thats just insane. Stay far away, will be reporting theses scammers DFSA or SCA or wherever applicable.

Why on earth don't you answer emails? Absurd! Your response actually confirms the exact problem I've been raising: if whether an account gets reset "depends on why the payout was rejected, the trading activity, the type of breach, and the trading style" - and none of this is written anywhere in your Terms and Conditions - then traders have no way of knowing, in advance, what could lead to their account being reset. That's not a policy, that's discretion applied after the fact, on a case-by-case basis, with no transparency for the person whose account and money are on the line. A trader should be able to read your Terms before opening an account and know exactly what actions could result in a reset. Instead, I only found out the rules - or at least, your version of them - after the fact, and even now, without any specific evidence tied to my actual trades. So this firm, reset accounts however and whenever you feel like it. That's exactly what they're saying, since they don't specify the reasons anywhere in their FAQ or T&C. EF: Why don't you put everything in writing on your site? Let me tell you why: precisely to avoid transparency and accountability. Garbage! Everyone here only gets vague, ambiguous answers. Nothing concrete. Horrible! This isn't about whether a blanket yes/no answer is too simplistic. It's about the fact that there is no documented, consistent standard at all - which means two traders in the exact same situation could get two different outcomes, entirely at your discretion. That is precisely what "arbitrary" means. And this is just about one simple question of mine. Imagine how much worse it gets with more complex situations, like payouts. God, I don't even want to think about it. I see someone here who's been begging them for days to tell him which trades didn't comply, which led to his payout being rejected. I don't want to be in that guy's shoes. Do you? Only if you're a sadomasochist. Horrifying! This firm operates in complete opacity - shady from top to bottom.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
