Compré unas zapatillas y el estado del pedido no pasaba de EN PREPARACIÓN. Después de 20 días decidí pedir un reembolso y no me devuelven el dinero. Esta página es una estafa organizada. El certificado de seguridad del sitio lo tienen por 2 meses, no es una empresa seria. Tienen otras páginas conectadas como ececile.it donde venden otros productos falsificados. Pondré una denuncia, son una red organizada de estafadores. He reportado a Google y a influencers su web para que nadie más salga perjudicado por esta red.

🚨 DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. SCAM ALERT. 🚨 They took €65 from me and NEVER paid me back. I have contacted them repeatedly, and every single time they claim they will send me proof of the bank transfer. They never do. No proof. No money. Nothing. They just keep giving me the same excuses while keeping my money. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY. Based on my experience, this is a scam. I’m posting this so other people don’t lose their money too. STAY AWAY.

I placed an order with Cecile Milan on August 5, 2026, and paid €137.75 by bank transfer. I received an order confirmation with order number MMIENDQHW, and the payment was successfully transferred to CECILE SRL. However, when I log into my customer account on their website, it shows that I have no orders at all. Therefore, I cannot properly track my order or see its status. I have contacted Cecile Milan by email and even sent them proof of payment, but I have received no proper response or explanation. I have also tried calling them, but nobody answers the phone. At this point, I have paid €137.75, I have a written order confirmation and proof of payment, but the order does not even appear in my account, and I cannot get in touch with the company. This is extremely concerning and disappointing. I am now contacting my bank regarding the transaction. I hope Cecile Milan responds immediately and either provides clear information about my order and its shipment or refunds my money. I will update this review if the company resolves the situation. Update: After some days, they answered and explained the error regarding the order situation. Still, they didn't deliver my order. After 8-9 days, I requested a refund, and in 3 days, they refunded the amount! So I changed my rating because I didn't hope to receive my money back, and the communication was okay after reporting the problem!

I have been trying to get in contact for over a month as I am still awaiting my order. I have also noted they have restricted comments on their instagram which is very concerning. Do not trust this brand’s legitimacy
