Betrügerischer Vertrieb! Nicht, Nichts, Nie . Einfach nichts glauben, nicht kaufen, nie in Betracht ziehen!! Betrug! Wollte Ein (1) Zahnreinigunsproduckt mit ersatz Aufsatz erwerben. ~49 € +14 € ((63€.))!! Nach dem Kaufabschluss erscheinen 2X + 1 x Zahnreiniger (125€) + ersatz Aufsatz (14€)+ lebenslangen garantie (17€) ((156€))!!! Ohne möglichkeit der Korrektur und oder Rücknahme . Ich bin nur froh um den recht geringen Betrag, würde aber gern ändern davor bewahren!!!!!!Hände weck!!!!

I ordered several Items amounting to £223.Some of the Items were not as advertised and I have been trying to contact the Company through Paypal to send them back for a refund. But I cannot get any response to my Emails.This Company is not behaving in an ethical manor and needs to be ignored at your peril.

easy to order, pay and receive product but to return?????
I bought a product called Sonic Smile 360 from a company in ShenZhen, China. I didn't know at the time where they were. My Paypal transaction was in total for £225.00 because I made a mistake on the order. I contacted customer Service immediately and was told it was too late because they were already processing the order. But I was told I can easily return what I didn't want. The product arrived and I knew it wasn't going to work for me. It was expensive but so are dentists! So I contacted the customer service lady that I had communicated with earlier. She was very helpful. She sent me the address where it had to be sent and that she needed the tracking number and Royal mail receipt. So I did all that she asked and on Dec 30 sent off the parcel. I emailed the info and told them that it was on its way' Since then I have heard nothing. I contacted Paypal but was told because I had already sent the parcel back, there was nothing they can do. Didn't fully understand that but it is impossible to write emails to PayPal to explain everything.I go on to the tracking page daily and nothing has changed since January 8 when the parcel finally reached Shen Zhen. They are still processing the shipment and if they need further information they will contact the recipient. No other messages. So what has happened? The physical address for the company does not come up on any ECOM10 company. Paypal say the contact info is https//ECOM10SHOP.com . No Chinese connection though. I am led to believe that there is no-one to contact to pick up the parcel at customs? Maybe done a moonlight flit along with my money. I am 80 years old...am I so stupid to be taken in by such people? I just need my money back as promised... 100%money back returnable.

What a dreadful company
What a dreadful company. No invoice or any notification through email. Keep well away. Have emailed to say this item needs to be returned twice now before cut off date. Heard nothing. I had not realised that Ecom had shot the price up 4 times of what the cost is in UK, very cheap, I thought it would make a good present for my husband but he sadly would not use. Will try through credit card. Keep well away

Ordered 2 nano zoom 200x for iPhone
Ordered 2 nano zoom 200x for iPhone. Clips on over camera lens. Advertised on tv as a zoom lens. It is actually a poor microscope lens and will not zoom in. Not as described in adverts. Absolute scam. Do not touch this company.
