KEEP A AWAY!!! Such a scam company, you can find in Antalya/Türkiye. When you show up, the company's name is Hitrentacar ( have also bad reviews) You don't get the car you have booked online ( you get a cheaper car) and it is not clean or ready to go to travel with. I have pictures from the documents they sent me, that the car is not clean when we got it. They charge you for cleaning 30euro when you turn the car in. You dont get any documents when you turn in the car (fysicaly or by email) Even if the car is in decent condition. Tyre pressure fails etc. etc. Good advice, don't use this company.

Ich habe über DoYouItaly einen Mietwagen gebucht und mit meiner Visakarte bezahlt. Leider wurde mir vor Ort am Schalter mitgeteilt, dass meine Visakarte nicht akzeptiert wird, da es sich um eine Debitkarte handelt – was zwar in den AGBs steht, mir aber bis zu diesem Tag nicht bewusst war. Ich wollte das Problem vor Ort direkt lösen und bot an, die Buchung auf die Mastercard meiner Frau umzuschreiben, auch wenn dies zusätzliche Kosten bedeutet hätte. Leider war die Mitarbeiterin am Schalter damit völlig überfordert und konnte die Umschreibung nicht durchführen. Zusätzlich wollte man mir dann noch eine weitere Versicherung für 300 € aufschwatzen, obwohl ich bereits eine Vollkasko gebucht hatte. Am Ende konnte ich das Auto nicht mitnehmen, habe 180 € verloren und musste mir selbst kurzfristig eine Alternative organisieren. Fazit: Schlechter Service, keine Lösungskompetenz vor Ort und am Ende nur Kosten für nichts. Vielen Dank für nichts – wir sehen uns nie wieder! puzz ard

When I went to pick up the car I had rented, despite having already paid for full insurance through Expedia, they offered me another “full insurance” for €144, saying that if I didn’t take it, I could be charged at least €500 for any minor scratch. I declined, saying I would take responsibility for any damages. Then, when I went to collect the Peugeot 308, I noticed a large tear and damage on the tire. When I mentioned I couldn’t drive the car in that condition, they offered a lower-segment Volkswagen Up as an alternative. When I refused, they said I could upgrade the car for an extra fee. Shouldn’t they have upgraded me for free in this situation? We spent two hours dealing with this. When I said I would file a complaint and leave a bad review, they offered me the full insurance for €144 and a free upgrade. I had no other option, so I accepted, but it felt very unfair.

The dispute with them is not over and the last letter from them was 06/24/2024 and I was waiting for a decision. But today they stole money from my card. they manipulate damage. We were given a car in terrible condition with external damage. But when we returned it, they noticed a spot that is not even visible in the photo and presented it to us as damage. Their contract states that they use the compensation money to fix the car, but this is not true, since the car continues to be used with all the damage to the body and rented out. They also manipulate your time so that you agree and do not miss the plane. In general, I do not recommend this garbage company to anyone. THIEVES and scammers Date of experience: June 09, 2024
