Not going to lie
Not going to lie, they had every part I needed for my e93 drop top and was actually cheaper than its rival. If you know you know. I also like the lifetime warranty which is effortless with a push of a button. I’m so used to dealing with auto part shops that half way guaranteed their parts. Also, this is my fourth order and this particular order I had to return. Just like lifetime warranty, everything was effortless with great customer service. Overall, I’ll be getting most or all of my parts from here.

They dont really have a lifetime…
They dont really have a lifetime warranty. If you buy a part and it goes bad they ask you to purchase a new one, sendback the old for your warranty. I payed more for the new one. They said I receive 250 back. I did not. Total ripoff.

Pay extra $50 for expedited shipping…
Pay extra $50 for expedited shipping and package “picked up late” they said it shipped but they didn’t give to UPS the next day. This is insanity if they are even that busy hire more help instead of being ok with customers paying for expedited shipping, counting printing a label as friggin shipping, then getting to it at their leisure. Will never use them again might as well pay dealership prices in the future. ECS will never get mine or anyone I know business ever again. I am waiting on the day FCP Euro opens in Jax they’ll leave these people in the dust.

ECS tuning has outsourced all returns…
ECS tuning has outsourced all returns and rebates after a waiting period! Instead of returning funds, a third party debit card is sent to customers, who must apply to get their own money returned. My order was never delivered, and ECS did not offer to replace the items, reorder, or assist with the return. The Spirit Airlines of online auto part sales.
