Appalling after care
Apart from the extortionate import duty which isn’t made clear. Part of my order arrived broken. I have send numerous emails to customer service and photo evidence only to find myself ignored! 😡 Dreadful, shameful service after spending a lot of money. Avoid this company and buy elsewhere they aren’t honest or helpful. There is nothing a customer hates more than no response and this company is the best at taking money and not stepping in when there is a problem. I’d give 0 stars if I could!

DO NOT BUY IF IN THE UK Sent a £79 bill by dhl one month after…
DO NOT ORDER IF IN THE UK. These bowls were advertised to me a British customer through a Facebook advert and prices advertised in GBP. No mention of extra charge. Very sneaky. Sent a £79 bill by dhl one month after delivery- spent £230 on plates they got me with the ‘free delivery’ no mention of any potential additional costs. Will be calling customer services, very deceptive. £80!!!! Would never have ordered the plates if I had been told charge would have been £80!! Really deceitful in small print. Not clear at all. This should be clear at point of purchase not in very, very small print. Would have bought the same style of plates from a British company had these charges been transparent. My husband has also been through the website and found this very misleading and not transparent. Egg back home responded to say it had been in small print. And yes of course it is charged by customs but so surreptitiously hidden by the seller- they know what they are doing. Very dishonest and deceptive selling when buying from the UK especially when targeted at a British consumer.
