I have been with Elegant Themes for over 6 years and it is the best decision I made to build my business. The response, support and knowledge they deliver every time is 2nd to none, imo. Alexandra tonight delivered on an issue I needed assistance on and pro actively provided steps to enhance the issue she resolved. It added a element of quality to the issue she solved. They are the best!

I want to be clear that we do like Divi…
I want to be clear that we do like Divi itself and have found value in the core Divi product. This review is specifically about our experience with Divi AI. I purchased Divi AI from Elegant Themes on July 9, 2026 for $99. In my experience, the AI tool did not perform as advertised. We tried using it multiple times for website work, but it repeatedly failed to follow prompts or instructions and did not produce usable results. We also tried improving the prompts with help from other AI tools, including ChatGPT and Claude, but Divi AI still did not provide usable output for our needs. I canceled the renewal and asked Elegant Themes for a refund, account credit, or other reasonable resolution. They refused because the request was outside their 30-day refund policy and said they do not offer prorated refunds. I understand they have a written 30-day policy, but buyers should know that if Divi AI does not work well for your use case and you discover that after the window closes, they may not offer any refund, credit, or prorated remedy. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing Divi AI unless you test it thoroughly within the refund period.

After many experiences....
I have used Divi Support many, many times over the years I have worked with their platform - as someone who uses a lot of different platforms and services I don´t give 5star reviews lightly - so I mean it when I say these guys/gals deserve it. They respond with clarity and help in situations where I don´t know what the answer is and I have been continuously impressed with their support.

Divi 5 has a serious CSS bug
Divi 5 has a serious CSS bug — and reporting bugs is unnecessarily difficult I have been using Divi for years. I recently encountered a serious Divi 5.11.1 bug where CSS from my WordPress static homepage was being injected into unrelated pages, causing those pages to display incorrectly. After extensive troubleshooting, I was able to isolate and reproduce the problem. I proved that changing WordPress from a static homepage to “latest posts” immediately stops Divi from contaminating the CSS generated for other pages. I even developed a small workaround that fixes the problem while retaining the static homepage. At that point I wanted to do the responsible thing and send Elegant Themes a detailed, reproducible bug report that could actually help their developers fix Divi. Unfortunately, finding a straightforward way to submit a Divi 5 bug report was far more difficult than it should be. Customers who take the time to isolate a technical problem and provide reproducible evidence should have an obvious way to send that information to the development team. A simple “Report a Divi Bug” form or clearly published email address would make both Divi and its support experience better. The Divi problem was frustrating. The inability to easily report a well-documented bug was even more frustrating.
