Order at your own risk
I would rate them a three if they used ANY other delivery service than SpeedX. Now I am out a couple hundred dollars until they get the package back that SpeedX ,lied about attempting delivers then returned my package back to Element Vape. (Element Vape will not try to redeliver) The prices are good and so are the products, which means nothing if they are unable to get them to you. Customer service seemed not to be bothered by this in the least. They basically said I would get my money back in around 14 days. No sorry, no let us make it up to you. Just that's the way we do business so deal with it...

Have been ordering from Element for several years now, have not had one issue with them. much better pricing than the local vape stores in my area.

Elementvape.com used to be my go to…
Elementvape.com used to be my go to site to order from. They charge $12 to ship with signature and use the cheapest rates available to make money on these fees. My package is lost and when I reached out to Elementvape to assist they gave me some automated canned response of “figure it out with the carrier” - They will no longer get my business.

First time ordering, and last!
First time ordering from them, and the last. Order was never received, but said delivered. Luckily I got the insurance with it so all but the insurance cost was reimbursed by an outside agency, not element vape. Thought the delivery had to be verified and signed for?? Thought they would coordinate a delivery date and time before hand. If you do order, pay the insurance. The delivery service element vape uses is unacceptable.

Element Vape is my go to Online vape…
Element Vape is my go to Online vape store for all of my products, other than the juice. I'm in California and the state doesn't allow shipping. A flavored juice is here. Yet I've gone to them from the beginning and they have earned my trust completely based on the quality, durability, and reliability of their products. I have ordered from them more than14 times over the years, and again they have become my go to one and only! I highly recommend their site, shipping is always fast and they stand behind their product. I don't think you can ask for much more from an online retailer. Go check them out.
