My wife found Shanon from Elitecove Buyers Agent through a Facebook recommendation when we were trying to understand different areas. He quickly helped us see it’s not about “good vs bad suburbs”, but specific pockets within Albury-Wodonga, which made our search far more focused. From my side, I was balancing a busy work schedule and didn’t have the time or energy to spend weekends at inspections or constantly deal with agents. We had an outstanding experience working with Shanon from Elitecove Buyers Agent. We actually found him through a recommendation on Facebook when we were asking about which areas were “good” vs “bad”—and that alone turned out to be invaluable. One of the first things we learnt with Shanon’s guidance is that there aren’t simply “good” or “bad” suburbs, but rather good and bad pockets throughout the entire Albury-Wodonga region. That insight completely changed how we approached our search. Before working with him, we were really struggling—calls to selling agents often went unanswered, some agents openly laughed at our budget, and many simply didn’t take us seriously.
