It’s not that I’m totally unhappy with…
It’s not that I’m totally unhappy with the product. The phrase words are larger than four letters so I had to improvise also, one of the items that I bought is missing two screws so if somebody could send me two screws, that would be great I looked for a phone number. Couldn’t find it so I’m leaving my comment here.

I was having issues wth my Xcard…
I was having issues wth my Xcard connecting to my wallet whenever I tried to use it to sign a wallet transfer, then that issue turned into another issue where I had mistakenly created a new wallet for my Xcard. After that second card wallet was created it deleted my original first card wallet (on the app) that had all my assets on it, so that it looked like I had just lost access to everything I had on my cards. Customer service was great via email and was able to show me the steps to recovering my former Xcard wallet with all my assets still in place using my 12 key passphrase which also got my cards back in working order. The blockchain is a great thing! The future financial system will be amazing once everyone figures it out with the steps they're taking to make it more user friendly. 5⭐️'s

I LOVE ELLIPAL
I am very much enjoying ELLIPAL! I feel my assets are safe and owned by only me with my 12 word seed phrase. Customer service is amazing! They are very prompt and responsive. I live in NY so the third party crypto purchase provider currently does not allow New York residents to purchase crypto. However customer service was very detailed in explaining how to purchase through another exchange (like Robinhood) and then transfer my crypto to my ELLIPAL account. It is very easy to use. I definitely recommend this to everyone!

The ELLIPAL support team was super helpful and walked me through step by step how to recover my account to gain access to my crypto when there was an issue with my app. Their response time was super quick and it was very easy to follow their instructions. I wouldn’t have thought to do what they told me to and I am forever grateful! Thank you
