Schon lange treuer Kunde mit einigen physischen sowie digitalen Käufen. Unabhängig davon hatte ich eine Kundensupportanfgrage per Whatsapp gestellt, welche in 5 Minuten beantwortet war. Wirklich eine tolle Plattform, wenn es um Magie geht.

Problem finding an instruction manual…
Ok I got venom by magie factory on one of the available online stores but when I got my package on opening it I can't find a download code nor an instruction and it's been a week now I haven't been able to use the product please help

I backed them at Kickstarter. Great communication and when i received my pledge it was of great quality. Their customer service is fast and responsive. Kudos!

Absolutely the worst customer…
Absolutely the worst customer experience ever. Purchased a very expensive item that never worked. Completely false advertising. The item in question is Hacker by the French twins. Absolute rip off. Shop elsewhere.

I placed an order for the Clairvoyance… Having waited now for several days for a response from Ellusionist I have not received a refund nor has there been any correspondence from this company.
I placed an order for the Clairvoyance download. I managed to login to the Ellusionist website. I then paid for the item but when I tried to download this item I was not able to do so because I was thrown out of the website. I did try to login again and went through the bot test to prove I was not a robot but this was also unsuccessful. I then went to reset my password, this was also unsuccessful. So now I have not received my download but the money has been taken from my account. I understand that their website has been updated, so there may be teething problems but as this is a download this should not have caused any problems. I am still unable to access the website so I am not able to make contact. Since writing this review I wrote a letter to the company and posted it to the address given on the web site. This was about 2 months ago and yet there is no feedback whatsoever. This is really bad for a company which attempts to take people through a learning curve. One of the worst services I have had.
