I ordered flexible dentures
I ordered flexible dentures, as advertised with 30 days guarantee for return and full refund, what I got in post was plastic teeth set and crystal gel in plastic bag. Immediately I sent an email to ELYCURA, they have sent me wrong product and request for return address and full refund, in stead of responding to my email, they sent me fitting instructions, on each exchange of each email, they offered percentage of refund from 10% to 40% increasing on each email, I have reported company to Trading standards office, also to fraud department, with crime no.RF 26080387815 C. I have read many reviews on this company, I am shocked to see that are allowed to do business with so many scams, my advice to new customer is, DO NOT GO BY THERE GLOSSY ADVERTISING, THIS COMPANY IS BIG SCAM. The more people report them to trading standards and fraud. They may get investigated, stop trading and robbing general public.

My Experience with Elycura Unfortunately, my experience with Elycura has been extremely disappointing. My order was delivered to the wrong address, and despite contacting the company, I have now sent three emails and received no response. What makes this even more frustrating is that they were very quick to respond when I first placed my order. However, as soon as I raised the issue of my missing delivery and asked for either a replacement or a refund, the communication stopped completely. I have been left without my items, without a refund or replacement, and with no explanation from the company. This experience has completely changed my confidence in buying products through Facebook and Instagram. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering, as getting help when something goes wrong has been extremely difficult. Very disappointed with the customer service and the way this situation has been handled.

Elycura Thermadenta Denture…
I ordered The Thermadenta Denture adhesive, this does not work at all and is a far worse product than the cheapest supermarket denture cream. Would not touch with a barge pole. To say it’s rubbish is an understatement. I have requested a full refund, but not going to hold my breath as I’m clearly not on my own. Disappointed to say the least. Hi, I have followed your instructions to the letter, I stand by my previous email and advise this product is not fit for purpose, The product does not solidify at all, after warming and washes out of the mouth, the dentures stay constantly loose. I will not be purchasing again and would welcome a full refund as not fit for purpose. Then, place the denture firmly in your mouth and bite down with steady, even pressure for 30 seconds. Your body heat will automatically help the material form a seal that conforms to your gums; please hold it steady until the denture is completely secure. ④ Removal and Cleaning After use, the lining material can be peeled off the denture in one piece (it will not leave any orange stains, cause gum soreness, or require vigorous scrubbing).
